APPARENTLY; TPE CTLR ISSUED AN INCORRECT CLB CLRNC TO A DEPARTING ACR AND RCTP CTLR RECOGNIZED AND CORRECTED THE ALT CLB CLRNC.

Narrative

TPE CLRNC DELIVERY CLRED US FOR ANPU 2 DEP; TINHO TRANSITION; FLT PLAN RTE; MAINTAIN FL280. AFTER TKOF WE CONTACTED TPE DEP CTL; RPTING THAT WE WERE CLBING TO FL280. SHE CLRED US TO FL310 AND CANCEL THE FL200 AT OR BELOW RESTR. WE READ BACK THE CLRNC; SET FL310 IN THE ALT ALERTER AND VERIFIED THE FL310 ALT CLRNC BTWN THE CREW AS OUR COMPANY OPS SPECS MANDATES. WE WERE THEN HANDED OFF TO TPE CTL (CTR). WE RPTED TO CTL THAT WE WERE CLBING OUT OF FL275 FOR FL310. TPE CTL RESPONDED WITH A ROGER. A FEW MINS LATER TPE CTL SAID HE SHOWED US CLBING THROUGH FL287 AND DSND BACK TO FL280. WE DSNDED BACK TO FL280 AND TOLD HIM THAT TPE DEP CLRED US TO FL310 AND DELETE THE FL200 RESTR; ALSO WE TOLD HIM THAT OUR INITIAL CALL TO HIM WAS; CLBING OUT OF FL275 FOR FL310. HE SAID HE WOULD CHK ON IT. THE CTLR CAME BACK TO US SAYING THAT FL310 IS AVAILABLE IF WE WANT IT. WE SAID WE WOULD STAY AT FL280. THEN I NOTICED THEY CHANGED CTLRS. WE WERE FLYING AS CLRED. I BELIEVE THE CONFUSION WAS BTWN TPE DEP AND TPE CTL.
