SNA TANDY 3 ARR APCHING ALBAS INTXN 5000 FT MSL 200 KTS. SOCAL CALLS TFC 1 O'CLOCK POS 7 MI 5500 FT MSL; WE HAVE TFC ON TCASII AND ALSO VISUALLY. AT 3 MI OF HORIZ SEPARATION THE TARGET STARTS A SLOW DSCNT. AT 2 MI WE RECEIVE AN RA TO DSND. STILL HAVING TFC VISUALLY WE ALSO DSND. AT 1 MI WE RECEIVE AN RA 'INCREASE DSCNT.' WE COMPLY. TFC WHITE AND BLUE C182 DOESN'T ALTER COURSE OR DSCNT AND PASSES OVER US. WE THEN LEVEL OFF AT 4300 FT MSL AND RPT TO SOCAL. WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS SUCH SITS BOTH DURING THE ARR PHASE AS WELL AS THE DEP PHASE AT SNA. ALL ARRS COMMERCIAL FROM THE N GO TO SXC AND COME OVER THE SHORELINE AT 5000 FT MSL. DEPS VARY FROM 2500 FT TO 5000 FT MSL DEPENDENT ON WT; THRUST CUTBACK PROC; AND PLT SKILLS. IF THE GA PUBLIC CAN BE MORE INFORMED OF THE SNA CORRIDOR ALONG THE SHORELINE THEY MAY CHOOSE TO STAY CLR. OR MAYBE THE GA ACFT SHOULD BE PROHIBITED FROM THE AREA UNLESS 2-WAY RADIO CONTACT IS MAINTAINED. ANOTHER NOTE: SOCAL DOESN'T FILL OUT ANY PAPERWORK ON THESE SITS BECAUSE 'THERE ARE SO MANY OF THEM.'
