GND WING WALKER AND SUPVR CONFRONTED THE FLC OF AN ACR TURBOPROP; AFTER PARKING; THAT THEY HAD GONE OVER THE YELLOW CTRLINE TAXIING BEHIND AN ACR JET BEING PUSHED BACK ENDANGERING THE SAFETY OF THE WING WALKER.

Narrative

WHILE TAXIING TO OUR GATE; GND CTL SAID; 'CLR TO THE GATE; RPT PASSING GATE; ACR Y JET WAITING TO PUSH BACK.' AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE ALLEY; I SAW THAT THE JET HAD ALREADY STARTED TO PUSH BACK. I TOLD GND 'IT LOOKS LIKE THE JET HAS PULLED OUT BUT I STILL HAVE ROOM TO GET AROUND HIM.' GND ACKNOWLEDGED. I ASSUMED THE CREW OF THE JET ALSO HEARD. I OBSERVED THAT I HAD PLENTY OF ROOM TO PASS ON THE R; AS HE WAS COMING FROM A GATE ON THE R SIDE OF THE ALLEY AND THERE WERE NO JETS AT GATES ON THE L SIDE. AS I PASSED WITH AN ESTIMATED 75 FT CLRNC ON THE R AND 20 FT TO THE RED LINE ON THE L (OVER 100 FT TO OBSTACLES); MY FO OBSERVED THE CLOSEST WING WALKER YELLING AT US. AFTER SHUTTING DOWN AT OUR GATE; I WAS MET BY THE ACR Y LEAD RAMP AGENT AND SUPVR. THEY EXPRESSED TO ME THAT BY DEVIATING FROM THE YELLOW LINE I WAS ENDANGERING GND PERSONNEL. I POINTED OUT THAT I WAS AWARE OF THE CLRNCS AND NOBODY WAS AT RISK; AND I WASN'T REQUIRED TO STAY ON THE LINE; ESPECIALLY AT AN UNCTLED AREA. 1) GND CREWS SHOULD BE REMINDED THAT IF A DANGER IS PERCEIVED; THEY SHOULD GIVE THE STOP SIGN; NOT YELL CURSES. 2) GIVEN THE AMOUNT OF TFC AND NARROW ALLEYS IN MIA; MAYBE SOME FORM OF RAMP CTL IS NEEDED.
