Narrative

AFTER PREVIOUSLY DISPATCHED FROM PIT TO BWI WITH ANTISKID INOP; ELECTED TO DISCONTINUE REVENUE PORTION OF FLT AND MAINT FERRY ACFT BACK TO PITTSBURG. RECEIVED CLRNC FOR APCH TO RWY 32 AT PIT. WIND WAS AROUND 360 DEGS AT 16 KTS. BRIEFED THE APCH AND MADE A NORMAL APCH AND LNDG. LNDG WT WAS AROUND 67000 LBS WITH VREF AT 113 KTS AND VAPP AT 123 KTS. TOUCHED DOWN BTWN 113-123 KTS. REVERSERS WERE SLOW TO DEPLOY AND APPLIED LIGHT TO MODERATE BRAKING AT A SPD I WOULD GUESS TO BE AROUND 100 KTS. FELT PRONOUNCED VIBRATION AND ACFT YAWED TO L. TAXIED OFF RWY AND STOPPED ON TXWY E AND RPTED 2 BLOWN L MAIN GEAR TIRES. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 430945: WE WERE ON A FERRY FLT FROM BWI-PIT. THE ACFT HAD 2 MELS: 1) ANTISKID INOP; AND 2) APU BLEED AIR INOP. THE CAPT THOROUGHLY BRIEFED THE LNDG WITH AN INOP ANTISKID; PLANNED TO USE THE ENTIRE RWY; AND ADVISED APCH CTL AND TWR OF OUR INTENTIONS. THE CAPT DID A GREAT JOB PLANNING FOR THE ANTISKID INOP LNDG. I FEEL HIS PLANNING AND PREPARATION CONTRIBUTED IMMENSELY TO THE UNEVENTFUL OUTCOME.
