GIV CONTACTS WINGTIP OF PARKED BE90 TAXIING INTO PARKING AREA AT DCA.

Narrative

TAXI IN TO THE RAMP WAS MADE UNEVENTFULLY. WE HAD RADIO CONTACT WITH OPS AND HELD IN POS ON THE MAIN RTE ON THE YELLOW TAXI LINE. WE INFORMED OPS THAT WE COULD NOT SEE THEIR MARSHALLER. AFTER A SHORT DELAY; A VAN APCHED FROM THE GATE AND INDICATED FOR US TO FOLLOW TO REMOTE PARKING. WE BEGAN TO MOVE FORWARD (ON YELLOW LINE) AND BEGAN A TURN DOWN TO REMOTE PARKING. THE MARSHALLER PARKED VAN AND MOTIONED US FORWARD WITH LIGHTS. I MENTIONED TO COPLT THAT I WOULD REMAIN TO THE R OF THE CTRLINE TO INSURE THAT WE WOULD CLR THE ROW OF LIGHT TWINS PARKED ON THE NOSEWHEEL LINE. I PLACED THE NOSEWHEEL APPROX 5 FT TO R OF TAXI LINE. I VISUALLY LOOKED TO CLR THE L WINGTIP INTERMITTENTLY; WHILE OBSERVING MARSHALLER. THEN MARSHALLER SIGNALED STOP 'X' AND SHUTDOWN. AFTER EXITING ACFT; I SAW THAT THE L WINGTIP HAD GRAZED THE WINGTIP OF AN E90 KING AIR IN THE OUTERMOST EXTREMITY; IE; PLEXIGLAS NAV LIGHT COVER. FURTHER EXAM REVEALED THAT THE KING AIR HAD BEEN PARKED 5 FT INSIDE THE NOSEWHEEL LINE FOR PARKED ACFT.
