ACR FLC DEPARTED STATION WITHOUT FINAL WT AND BAL FIGURES FOR FLT.

Narrative

FLT FROM LGW TO DFW DIVERTED TO SHV. AFTER ARR AT SHV; 26000 LBS OF FUEL WERE UPLOADED. NO CHANGES TO CREW COMPLEMENT; PAX LOAD; OR CARGO OCCURRED -- NO DOORS WERE OPENED. WE BLOCKED OUT OF SHV AT APPROX XA00. DUE TO A NUMBER OF CONTRIBUTING FACTORS; TO INCLUDE APCHING TSTMS; CREW DUTY DAY ABOUT TO EXPIRE; AND NO APPARENT WAY TO DEPLANE OR ACCOMMODATE PAX IF WE DID NOT LEAVE QUICKLY; A SENSE OF URGENCY PREVAILED ON THE FLT DECK. PRIOR TO TKOF; THE CAPT ACKNOWLEDGED NON RECEIPT OF THE PAPER CLOSEOUT; BUT THEN THOROUGHLY BRIEFED ALL PERTINENT DATA FROM THE RECENTLY OBTAINED TPS. SINCE THE ONLY CHANGE FROM LNDG CONDITION TO TKOF CONDITION WAS THE 26000 LBS OF ADDED FUEL; NO SAFETY CONCERNS WERE VOICED. AN UNEVENTFUL TKOF WAS ACCOMPLISHED -- THE PAPER CLOSEOUT WAS RECEIVED SHORTLY AFTER DEP. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 436187: FLT FROM LGW TO DFW DIVERTED TO SHV DUE TO SEVERE WX IN DFW. MUCH CONFUSION ON GND IN SHV DUE TO CUSTOMS TRYING TO FUEL A B777. WE WERE QUITE CONCERNED ABOUT OUR CREW DUTY DAY RUNNING OUT AND WANTED TO DEPART IN A TIMELY MANNER. ALSO WX WAS COMING INTO THE AREA. TAXIED OUT RAN CHKLISTS AND I REMEMBERED FO MENTIONING THAT WE DID NOT HAVE CLOSEOUT. I TOOK THE TPS AND BRIEFED ALL NUMBERS PERTAINING TO OUR WT AND SPDS. NOTHING HAD CHANGED WITH OUR CARGO OR PAX. IT WAS CERTAINLY AN OVERSIGHT ON MY PART AND I CAN ONLY ATTRIBUTE IT TO OUR LONG DUTY DAY AND MY FOCUS ON A MULTITUDE OF PROBS JUST TRYING TO GET THE AIRPLANE AND THE PAX TO DFW. THANK YOU.
