A FALCON 10 FLC ALLOWED THEMSELVES TO BE RUSHED AND DID NOT FOLLOW THEIR CLRNC FROM TRK.
Narrative
ARRIVED TRK BEFORE OWNER'S INTENDED DEP BY 2 HRS TO SPARE. OWNER WAS 1 HR LATE FOR A 2 HR FLT TO SLC; AND WOULD HAVE LIKED US TO MAKE UP THE TIME. WHILE PIC ANNOUNCED INTENTIONS; TAXIED AND DID TAXI AND TKOF CHKS; SIC CALLED FOR IFR CLRNC. INTENTION WAS TO TAKE OFF AFTER RECEIPT OF CLRNC. CTLR WHO GAVE CLRNC APPEARED TO BE IN AS MUCH OF A RUSH AS THE OWNER. NOW EVERYBODY IS IN A HURRY. SIC COPIED CLRNC AS 'CLRED TRUCKEE 2 DEP; SQUAW VALLEY THEN AS FILED....' READBACK WAS THE SAME. ON DEP; PASSING TRUCK INTXN; CTLR ASKED IF WE WERE IN A L TURN TO SQUAW VALLEY. SIC ADVISED WE WERE FLYING IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEPICTED DEP AND PROCEEDING INBOUND ON THE MUSTANG (FMG) 291 DEG RADIAL. CTLR BECAME EXTREMELY AGITATED AND ADVISED US THAT WE HAD JUST VIOLATED ANOTHER CTLR'S AIRSPACE. SIC WAS MOST APOLOGETIC BUT CTLR DIDN'T CARE. WE WERE THEN GIVEN A SERIES OF TURN AND HDG ASSIGNMENTS UNTIL WE WERE OUT OF HIS AIRSPACE. PIC AND SIC COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROB WAS; AND WERE SIMPLY FLYING THE FULL SID. A CLRNC TO FLY THE TRUCK 2 TO TRUCK THEN L TO SQUAW VALLEY (SWR) WOULD HAVE SIMPLIFIED THE WHOLE MATTER.
