Narrative
WHEN CLRED FOR TKOF; CAPT ADVANCED PWR AND AUTOTHROTTLES WERE ARMED; PWR NORMAL. I CALLED 80 KTS; THROTTLE HOLD; AND THEN NOTICED THE R GENERATOR OFF LIGHT ON EICAS. IT WAS NEAR 100 KTS; AND I IMMEDIATELY ADVISED THE CAPT; WHO ABORTED THE TKOF. SPD WAS NEAR 100 KTS. I CALLED TWR AND ADVISED THEM THAT WE WERE ABORTING. THEY WANTED US TO CONTINUE PAST RWY 22R AND TURN R ON RWY 18/36. WE DID THAT AND ASKED IF WE COLD GO TO THE RWY 32R PAD AND ASSESS THE SIT. TWR ADVISED TO STAY WHERE WE WERE; IT WAS OK. I CALLED MAINT AND RAMP FOR A GATE. WE MOVED TO THE RWY 32R PAD AND ORD OPS CAME BY AND ADVISED THAT 2 TIRES WERE FLAT. AFTER THAT; THERE WAS NO QUESTION OF ANY TAXI. OPS AND MAINT HANDLED THE REMOVAL OF THE PAX WHO WERE CALM AND DIDN'T SEEM UPSET BY THE ABORT. THE CAPT MADE A GOOD DECISION IN THE SHORT TIME HE HAD TO EVALUATE THE INFO. HE KEPT EVERYONE INFORMED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AND DID A SUPER JOB. HE COORDINATED THE CREW ACTIVITIES AND HANDLED THE SIT AS IF IT WAS NORMAL. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 448218: MAINT LATER INFORMED US THAT THE FUSE PLUGS HAD DEFLATED THE TIRES. PAX AND CREW DEPLANED AT THE PAD.
