AFTER DEPARTING FBO; GND OFFERED RWY 28R FOR DEP FROM TXWY E (6500 FT AVAILABLE). WE COMPLETED ALL CHKLISTS; CONTACTED TWR; AND WERE 'CLRED FOR IMMEDIATE TKOF; TFC 4 MI FINAL.' AS WE WENT INTO POS; I ASKED; 'CONFIRM OUR HDG AFTER TKOF.' FO SAID; 'L TO 350 DEGS.' I SAID; 'MUST BE R TO 350 DEGS (WE WERE ON RWY 28R).' FO SAID; 'THAT'S RIGHT.' AT ABOUT 500 FT AGL; I STARTED A R TURN AND FO CONTACTED SFO DEP AND SAID 'TURNING R TO 350 DEGS.' DEP SAID; 'DID TWR GIVE YOU THAT HDG?' FO SAID; 'WE ARE FLYING THE GAP 3 DEP.' IN THE MEANTIME; I ROLLED OUT ON A 310 DEG HDG. (THINGS DIDN'T SOUND RIGHT TO ME.) DEP SAID; 'TURN L TO 180 DEGS; EXPEDITE THROUGH 2500 FT; CLB TO 5000 FT.' NO OTHER COMMENTS. TCASII INDICATED NO CONFLICTS. MORAL: BE SUSPICIOUS IF 2 RWYS (THAT ARE 90 DEGS APART) HAVE THE SAME DEP INSTRUCTIONS. FEW DO; THESE DO NOT! MAKE SURE CAPT AND FO ARE IN AGREEMENT ON DEP PROCS PRIOR TO TAKING RWY TO DEPART.
