LEAR JET CREW LOADS WRONG ARR IN FMS WHICH CAUSES CONFUSION WITH ARTCC WHEN IT IS FLOWN.

Narrative

I WAS SIC; BUT PLT FLYING IN THE L SEAT. THE CAPT FILED IFR FROM ST THOMAS; ONTARIO; CANADA (CYQS) TO TEB. HE FILED THE PENNS ONE ARR OVER LVZ. HOWEVER; WE WERE CLRED THE WILKES-BARRE 3 ARR. HE DID NOT BRIEF ME ON THIS; NOR DID I INQUIRE. THE CAPT LOADED THE FLT PLAN INTO THE FMS; THOUGH; WITH THE PENNS ONE ARR AND DID NOT CHANGE IT TO THE WILKES BARRE 3 ARR. WHEN WE WERE OVER LVZ VOR; THE CAPT; NOT FLYING IN THE R SEAT; WAS ON THE OTHER COM RADIO GETTING ATIS INFO. I WAS COVERING THE FREQ WITH CTR. WE WERE AT FL180 AND GIVEN A CLRNC TO CROSS MUGZY INTXN AT 6000 FT. I STARTED MY DSCNT OUT OF FL180; PLANNING TO PROGRAM THE FMS FOR A VERT DSCNT FOR MUGZY INTXN. AT THE SAME TIME THE CAPT WAS RETURNING TO THE ACTIVE RADIO; I DISCOVERED THAT MUGZY WAS NOT A POINT LOADED IN THE FMS FLT PLAN. I TOLD THE CAPT WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS MUGZY AT 6000 FT. HE GOT ON THE RADIO TO STATE THAT MUGZY WAS NOT ON OUR ROUTING. ATC SAID THAT MUGZY WAS ON THE WILKES BARRE 3 ARR AND CROSS MUGZY AT 6000 FT. AFTER SOME CONFUSING SECONDS; WE REALIZED WE WERE LOOKING AT THE PENNS ONE ARR CHART; HAD PENNS ONE LOADED IN THE FMS; AND WERE FLYING THE WRONG ROUTING. ATC TOLD US TO CLB BACK TO FL180 AND TURN L TO 070 DEGS HDG. WE WERE NOT TOLD OF ANY CONFLICTING TFC. LESSONS LEARNED: PART TIME PLT NOT PROFICIENT IN ACFT DRAWS A LOT OF THE OTHER PLT'S ATTN. THIS LEADS TO A BREAK-DOWN IN CREW COORD TO XCHK CLRNCS; ETC. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 451033: CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: 1) THE PF WAS A TEMPORARY FILL-IN PLT WHO HASN'T FLOWN AN LJ60 IN 6 MONTHS AND WAS ALSO NEW TO THIS TYPE OF FMS. THIS INTERRUPTED THE NORMAL CREW FEEDBACK LOOP. 2) THE PF ACCEPTED THE INITIAL ARR-DSCNT CLRNC WHILE I WAS ON THE OTHER RADIO GETTING A CLRNC. 3) THE STAR THAT WE WERE FLYING WAS THE ONE THAT I FILED. IT NEVER GOT CHANGED IN THE FMS'S. 4) 2 STARS ORIGINATING AT THE SAME FIX.
