Narrative
AFTER I FINISHED BRIEFING AND RAN THE TAXI CHKLIST; RAMP CTL CALLED AND SAID THAT SINCE WE WERE AN ANDYS TRANSITION WE HAD BEEN REASSIGNED TO RWY 36R; AND TOLD US TO TAXI TO SPOT X. THE CAPT ASKED ME TO REVIEW THE TKOF DATA FOR RWY 36R. THERE WAS A SUBSTANTIAL DIFFERENCE BTWN THE 2 RWYS AND WE HAD TO CHOOSE A NEW TKOF FLEX RATING ON THE THRUST RATING PANEL AND SELECT; PROGRAM AND BUG NEW V-SPDS. I ALSO CHANGED THE DEP RWY IN THE FMS; BUT FAILED TO REVIEW THE CLBOUT INSTRUCTIONS ON THE SID FOR THE NEW RWY. IT JUST DIDN'T OCCUR TO ME; EVEN THOUGH I KNEW THAT EACH RWY HAD DIFFERENT CLBOUT INSTRUCTIONS. IT WAS AN ERROR OF OMISSION. DURING THE REMAINDER OF THE TAXI I STARTED THE R ENG. ON THE 'TKOF BRIEFING' STEP OF THE BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST I BRIEFED THE CLBOUT INSTRUCTIONS (FOR RWY 36L) AGAIN. THIS WAS MY THIRD REVIEW OF THE PROC SO I HAD IT MEMORIZED BY THEN; AND I DIDN'T LOOK AT THE PLATE LAYING RIGHT BESIDE ME ON MY FLT KIT. WE TOOK OFF; CLBED RWY HDG TO 2.5 DME; AND TURNED L TO 330 DEGS. RIGHT AFTER WE ROLLED OUT; DEP ASKED US TO SAY OUR HDG. WHEN WE REPLIED '330' THEY GAVE US A 360 DEG VECTOR; FOLLOWED SHORTLY AFTER ROLLOUT BY A 090 DEG VECTOR. I IMMEDIATELY REALIZED THAT I HADN'T CHKED THE CLBOUT FOR THE NEW RWY. AMID MUCH CURSING AND ANGER; I MENTIONED IT TO THE CAPT. HE QUICKLY CHKED THE DEP AND CONFIRMED THAT WE SHOULD HAVE TURNED R TO 025 DEGS. WE DIDN'T GET A TCASII TA OR RA; BUT DEP CTL GAVE US A NUMBER TO CALL WHEN WE LANDED. THEY TOLD THE CAPT THAT WE HAD CAUSED A CONFLICT; (I DON'T KNOW IF THERE WAS A LOSS OF SEPARATION) BUT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO PURSUE IT FURTHER. THEY WERE INTERESTED IN MAKING SURE WE HAD THE CLRNC THEY THOUGHT WE HAD.
