Narrative
FLT ABCD MEM-BOS. ON ARR; WE WERE GIVEN HEADING TO INTERCEPT LOC RWY 22L AND THEN CLRED FOR THE APCH. UPON CALLING THE FIELD IN SIGHT WE WERE GIVEN A VISUAL APCH. WE WERE GIVEN TFC TO FOLLOW TO SAME RWY. AFTER LNDG; FO STATED WE WOULD EXIT ONTO TXWY E. ATC RESPONDED 'THAT WILL BE GOOD; CONTACT TWR ON 128.8 FOR CLRNC TO CROSS RWY 22R.' AT THAT POINT WE REALIZED THAT WE WERE STILL ON APCH FREQ. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS FOR ME WERE FATIGUE AND CONCENTRATION ON OTHER TFC TO INSURE GOOD SPACING. I HAD FLOWN DTW-MEM-BOS WITH A DUTY IN TIME OF XA00. THIS FLT CONTINUED ON TO EWR AFTER WX AND MAINT DELAY IN BOS. I HAD FELT POOR DURING THE DAY; AND ONLY DECIDED TO CONTINUE ON PAST MEM UPON REACHING MEM FROM DTW. I WAS FLYING THE APCH; WATCHING THE TFC AHEAD; AND LISTENING TO THE RADIO TO MAINTAIN AWARENESS OF OTHER TFC AND DID NOT PICK UP WE HAD NOT SWITCHED OVER TO TWR. WHETHER APCH CTL TOLD US TO SWITCH AT SOME POINT I DON'T REMEMBER. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 453741: I (THE FO) WAS ON 1ST LEG OUT OF IOE. CREW WAS FATIGUED. CAPT WAS FLYING THE LEG.
