PUSHBACK INTO UNKNOWN MOVEMENT AREA AT RSW. COMPANY PAGE HAS NO DEP PROCS OTHER THAN TO REFER THE READER TO THE COMMERCIAL PAGE 20-9A. THE COMMERCIAL PAGE HAS NUMEROUS PROCS; BUT NONE APPLY TO A NARROW BODY PUSHBACK FROM THE GATE. THE COMMERCIAL PAGE 20-9A REFS A MOVEMENT AREA WHICH REQUIRES A CLRNC; HOWEVER; IT IS NOT ANNOTATED ON ANY PAGE. COMMERCIAL PAGE 20-9B SHOWS SOME DASHED LINES ON TXWY B; BUT THEY ARE NOT LABELED AS THE MOVEMENT AREA. MOVEMENT AREA MARKINGS ARE NOT FOUND ON ACR LEGEND PAGES. WE DID NOT CALL FOR PUSHBACK SINCE IT WAS NOT REQUIRED. HOWEVER; OUR TUG DRIVER MADE NO STATEMENT AS TO HOW FAR HE WAS PUSHING US. WE DID NOT REALIZE WE WERE PUSHING INTO A MOVEMENT AREA. THERE IS A NOTE ON COMMERCIAL PAGE 20-9 TO NOT PUSH ONTO TXWY B; HOWEVER; THIS MESSAGE WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE ON 20-9A OR 20-9B WHERE THE PROCS ARE LISTED. GND CTL WAS NOT HAPPY WITH US. I CALLED THE FACILITY AFTER LNDG IN DFW; AND THE SUPVR STATED TO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT; BUT EITHER THE ACR PAGES NEED TO BE REWRITTEN OR THE COMMERCIAL PUB NEEDS TO BE REWRITTEN.
