MD80 CREW ARRIVES AT DEST WITH FUEL DISTRIBUTION NON STANDARD BECAUSE DURING DEP DISTRACTIONS WRONG FUEL PUMP WAS TURNED OFF.
Narrative
READY TO DEPART DFW; WE HAD APPROX 4 RWY CHANGES BEFORE DEPARTING. NUMEROUS TSTMS HAD JUST PASSED THROUGH. AFTER TKOF WE ENCOUNTERED CONSTANT MODERATE TURB AND VECTORING BY DEP ALONG WITH OUR REQUEST FOR DEVS FOR WX. ENG AND WING ANTI-ICE WERE TURNED ON. MODERATE TURB CONTINUED TO CRUISE ALT. AFTER PASSING APPROX 26000 FT I TURNED R AIRFOIL ANTI-ICE SWITCH TO OFF NOT REALIZING THAT I ALSO INADVERTENTLY TURNED THE FORWARD CTR FUEL PUMP OFF ACCIDENTALLY DUE TO THE MODERATE TURB. WE WERE THEN REROUTED AND WORKED WITH THE GPS. WE WERE THEN ADVISED TO DIVERT TO LAX BECAUSE OUR ORIGINAL DEST WAS SAN; BUT WE MISSED THE CURFEW. WE NEVER RECEIVED A NEW FLT AND FUEL BURN FROM DISPATCH TO ACCURATELY RECORD OUR FUEL. BOTTOM LINE; MANY DISTRACTIONS CAUSED US TO NOT NOTICE A CTR FUEL PUMP WAS OFF. WHEN WE REALIZED THE ERROR THERE WAS APPROX 1200 LBS FUEL IN EACH MAIN TANK WITH 13000 LBS FUEL IN CTR TANK AND WE WERE APPROX 40 MINS FROM LNDG LAX. WE TURNED CTR PUMP BACK ON AND CALLED MAINT CTL TO CONFER. THEY ADVISED NO PROB WITH CTR OF GRAVITY FOR LNDG. LANDED NORMALLY AT LAX.
