A B767-200 CARGO ACFT BLOWS A HOLDING C150 UP ON ITS NOSE AND WINGTIP WHILE TURNING INTO THE PARKING AREA 100-200 YARDS FROM THE RUN-UP PAD FOR RWY 31R AT BFI; WA.

Narrative

AFTER LNDG ON RWY 31L AT BFI; WE CLRED AT TXWY A4. TWR DIRECTED US TO CROSS RWY 31R; JOIN TXWY A AND CONTACT GND. GND ACKNOWLEDGED OUR CALL AND TOLD US TO TAXI TO PARKING. THIS WAS OUR LAST COM WITH ATC. APCHING TXWY A8; WE OBSERVED 2 LIGHT ACFT IN THE RUN-UP AREA FOR RWY 31R. THE CAPT MANEUVERED THE ACFT TO THE L (AS MUCH AS THE BIZ-JETS PARKED E OF THE TXWY WOULD ALLOW) TO ENSURE ADEQUATE CLRNC WITH THE 2 LIGHT ACFT. AS WE APCHED THE ACFT; ONE OF THEM TAXIED ONTO RWY 31R; PRESUMABLY FOR TKOF. AFTER WE PASSED THE REMAINING ACFT; THE CAPT STEERED BACK TO THE CTR OF THE TXWY. WE OBSERVED OUR MARSHALLER APPROX 100 YARDS BEYOND TXWY A8. AT THIS TIME; MY ATTN WAS DIRECTED TOWARD OUR PARKING AREA. A DC8 WAS PARKED IN THE SPOT NEXT TO OURS; PERPENDICULAR TO THE TXWY; AND SEVERAL RAMP LOADERS WERE BTWN THAT ACFT AND OUR PARKING SPOT. OUR PARKING SPOT WAS SITUATED SUCH THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO MAKE AN APPROX 135 DEG TURN AWAY FROM THE RWYS INTO OUR RAMP AREA. THE MARSHALLER INITIALLY HAD US MAKE A TURN OF 45-60 DEGS; THEN TURN IN THE REST OF THE WAY IN ORDER TO ALIGN THE FUSELAGE WITH THE PARKING SPOT. AFTER WE HAD PARKED THE ACFT AND SHUT DOWN; A MECH BOARDED THE ACFT AND INFORMED US THAT A C150 HAD BEEN UPSET BY OUR JET EXHAUST. BASED ON STATEMENTS MADE BY WITNESSES ON THE GND; THE R WING OF THE CESSNA LIFTED UP; CAUSING THE L WINGTIP TO STRIKE THE GND; THEN THE TAIL WAS LIFTED UP; CAUSING THE PROP TO STRIKE THE GND AND THE ENG TO STOP. THE ACFT THEN CAME TO REST ON ITS LNDG GEAR. NO ONE WAS INJURED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 473662: GND SPD WAS 3 KTS WITH ENOUGH PWR TO MAINTAIN FORWARD PROGRESS FOR APPROX 130 DEGS L TURN. VERY LIMITED ROOM AND WE DID HAVE WING WALKERS. WE WERE GIVEN NO INDICATIONS FROM THE MARSHALLERS; WING WALKERS; OR GND CTL THAT THERE WAS ANY PROB.
