Narrative

A BUSINESS CLASS PAX WAS SERVED A BEER ON THE GND DURING AN EXTENSIVE GND DELAY. AFTER IT WAS SERVED THE FLT ATTENDANT FELT THAT HE MUST HAVE OBVIOUSLY HAD MORE BEFORE HE BOARDED; SO SHE WAS CAUTIOUS TO SERVE MORE. AFTER TKOF; THIS PAX GOT OUT OF HIS SEAT AND WENT TO THE BUSINESS CLASS GALLEY BEFORE FLT ATTENDANTS WERE READY TO SERVE AND ATTEMPTED TO HELP HIMSELF TO A BEER. FLT ATTENDANT #2 CUT HIM OFF FROM ALCOHOL AND INFORMED ME. THIS PAX THEN KEPT TURNING ON HIS CALL LIGHT TO ASK FOR MORE BEER; AND WAS ONCE AGAIN INFORMED THAT THERE WOULD BE NO MORE. HE WAS SERVED WATER BY THE BOTTLE; EACH TIME TURNING ON HIS CALL LIGHT. AFTER 3 EVIAN BOTTLES AND 2 GLASSES OF WATER; IT WAS CLRLY EVIDENT THAT HE WAS HARASSING FLT ATTENDANTS BY CONSTANTLY TURNING ON THE CALL LIGHTS; OR PERHAPS IN HOPES THAT ANY FLT ATTENDANT WOULD SERVE HIM A BEER. I THEN ANSWERED A CALL LIGHT AND TOO WAS ASKED FOR A BEER AND TOLD HIM THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO REFRAIN FROM HIS CONSTANT PRESSING OF THE CALL LIGHT; BECAUSE THE CHIMES WERE ENOUGH TO WARRANT ANOTHER MESSAGE TO CREW. HE BECAME ANGRY AND DEMANDED MORE WATER OR BEER; I TOLD HIM THAT HE HAD CONSUMED MORE WATER IN THE LAST 5 MINS THAN ANYONE ON THE ACFT AND THAT IT WAS CLR THAT HIS ATTEMPT WAS REALLY TO HARASS THE CREW. HE WAS INTERFERING WITH OUR DUTIES AND THAT HE NEEDED TO REFRAIN FROM THIS BEHAVIOR. THE CALL LIGHTS CONTINUED AND THE COCKPIT WAS INFORMED. I SPOKE TO THIS MAN AGAIN AND WARNED THAT HIS BEHAVIOR WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE; AS IT WAS SO INTERFERING WITH OUR ATTN TO OTHER PAX AND COMPLETION OF CABIN SVC. ONCE I ASKED FOR HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE AND OR PAX TICKET; HE LET UP A BIT. THE CAPT AND I FELT THAT HIS BEHAVIOR NEEDED TO BE RPTED TO KEEP FROM HIS REENACTING THIS AGAIN. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT IT WAS THE CAPT'S DECISION NOT TO HAVE THE AUTHS MEET THE FLT TO ARREST THE MAN FOR INTERFERING WITH THE CREW'S DUTIES. AFTER CONFERRING WITH THE RPTR (PURSER); THEY DECIDED TO WRITE A RPT TO THEIR COMPANY IN HOPES OF DENYING HIM FROM TRAVELING ON THEIR AIRLINE AGAIN.
