TFC CONFLICT BTWN TKOF AND LNDG ACFT AT UNCTLED ARPT.

Narrative

ON A PLEASURE TRIP TO PAGOSA; CO; I AS A PVT PLT WAS LNDG WHEN A BONANZA TOOK OFF FROM THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. AT 20 MI OUT I CONTACTED PAGOSA STEVENS FIELD UNICOM FOR ARPT ADVISORY; (RWY 19 ACTIVE; NO TFC; BAROMETRIC WAS SENT TO ME); I MADE MY APCH FROM AN EXTENDED L BASE TO RWY 19. AT 8 MI BY GPS; I RPTED ON EXTENDED BASE; TFC PERMITTING; NO RADIO TFC WAS HEARD; AT NORMAL DOWNWIND TURN TO BASE I RPTED AGAIN. VISUAL CHKING FOR L DOWNWIND TFC AT AROUND THAT TIME UNICOM WAS ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT A BONANZA. AS I TURNED TO FINAL I RPTED AGAIN (NOTE RADIO FREQ 122.7). ON FINAL I NOTICED AN AIRPLANE AT THE OTHER END OF THE RWY 10 (8000 FT); JUST AFTER TOUCHDOWN UNICOM CONTACTED ME SAYING THERE WAS A BONANZA ON TKOF ROLL. I COULD SEE THE ACFT BUT IT WAS DIFFICULT TO TELL IF IT WAS MOVING. I BRAKED AND MOVED TO MY R AND PREPARED TO GO OFF THE RWY. THE BONANZA WAS AIRBORNE AND MOVED TO THEIR R AND OVERFLEW ME BY APPROX 100-200 FT. BY THIS TIME I WAS AT A STOP NEAR EDGE OF RWY PROBABLY AT APPROX 3000 FT FROM THE RWY 19 NUMBERS. THE FBO WAS TO RPT THIS TO THE ARPT MGR AND HAS THE BONANZA'S NUMBERS. PAGOSA STEVENS FIELD DOES NOT HAVE TXWY. BACK TAXI IS REQUIRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 19.
