Narrative
AT FL200; ABOUT 30 MI E OF VWV VOR; WE DETERMINED ALL 3 VHF RADIOS WOULD NOT RECEIVE. ACARS WOULD NOT XMIT. WERE NOT SURE IF WE WERE XMITTING OVER VHF RADIOS; AS SIDE TONE IN OUR HEADSETS WAS GONE. SQUAWKED 7600 AND FLEW FLT PLAN TO TOLEDO AND TO IAF. DSNDED IN HOLDING PATTERN AT IAF TO IAF ALT AND FLEW ILS RWY 23 APCH. GOT GREEN LIGHT ON FINAL; LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER ARRIVING AT GATE AND SWITCHING TO GND ELECTRIC PWR; THE RADIOS APPEARED TO WORK NORMALLY. NOT SURE WHAT MAINT FOUND TO BE THE PROB. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 477714: AT FL200 AND ABOUT 30 MI E OF VWV VOR; WE ASKED CTR FOR A LOWER ALT AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. WE TRIED OUR #2 AND #3 RADIOS AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. AFTER SWITCHING MICROPHONES AND CHKING CIRCUIT BREAKERS; ETC; WE DETERMINED A COMPLETE RADIO FAILURE HAD OCCURRED. (OUR NAV RADIOS WERE STILL OPERATING NORMALLY.) THE ACFT'S PA SYS ALSO FAILED. WE WERE ABLE TO INITIALLY COMMUNICATE WITH COMPANY THROUGH ACARS AND RECEIVED A CLRED TO LAND MESSAGE. THE ACARS LATER ALSO FAILED. WE MAINTAINED FL200 AND SQUAWKED 7600 ON OUR XPONDER. WE FLEW THE REMAINDER OF OUR CLRNC TO TOL AND THE IAF (HARBS). WE ENTERED A HOLDING PATTERN AT HARBS AND DSNDED TO 3000 FT AT OUR ETA. WE FLEW THE ILS APCH AND RECEIVED A GREEN LIGHT FROM TWR TO LAND. WE LANDED THE ACFT NORMALLY AND TAXIED TO THE GATE.
