AS A DESIGNATED PLT EXAMINER CONDUCTING A COMMERCIAL PLT AIRPLANE MULTI-ENG LAND FLT TEST AT NORTH PERRY ARPT IN HOLLYWOOD; FL. THE PIC WAS CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 36R. AFTER CLRING THE RWY ON TXWY Q; PIC WAS 'CLRED TO TAXI BACK TO THE RAMP VIA TXWY D TO TXWY N AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 36R.' PIC READ BACK THE TAXI AND HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS AND CONTINUED TO TAXI. THE APPLICANT; A COMMERCIAL PLT; FAILED THIS FLT TEST AND THEN HAD A SECOND FAILURE. WHILE TAXIING; WE DEBRIEFED HIS PERFORMANCE REGARDING THE 2 FLT TESTS AND MISSED TXWY N; CONTINUED TAXIING ON TXWY D XING RWY 9R HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 36R ON TXWY L. WE BELIEVED THAT THE ASSIGNED LNDG RWYS WERE RWYS 36R AND 36L. AFTER SEVERAL MINS AND OBSERVING SEVERAL ACFT LAND ON RWY 36R WE REQUESTED CLRNC TO CROSS RWY 36R. NORTH PERRY GND CTL ASKED US OUR LOCATION ON THE ARPT; AFTER WE REPLIED THEY INFORMED US OF 'A POSSIBLE RWY INCURSION' AND SUGGESTED THAT WE 'READ ABOUT RWY INCURSIONS ON OUR LCL BULLETIN BOARD' LOCATED IN FIXED BASE OPS OFFICES; THEN CLRED US 'ACROSS RWY 36R VIA TXWY L TO THE RAMP.
