Narrative
ON AN IFR FLT FROM BLUE ASH (ISZ); OH; TO LOUISVILLE INTL (SDF); KY; I APCHED TO LAND ON RWY 35R USING THE RWY 35R ILS APCH. UPON LNDG ON RWY 35R; I WAS TOLD TO 'TURN ON NEXT R; TXWY F;' WHICH I ACKNOWLEDGED. I WAS STILL LNDG THE AIRPLANE AS I LOOKED TO MY R; BUT DID NOT SEE TXWY F. INSTEAD; I SAW A RWY AND I CROSSED IT; THINKING TXWY F WAS STILL AHEAD. MY 'NEXT R' WAS TXWY G; AND MY ARPT DIAGRAM CONFIRMED THAT I HAD PASSED IT (TXWY F). AHEAD OF THE (MY) AIRPLANE; ABOUT 300-500 FT AHEAD; A VEHICLE CROSSED THE ACTIVE RWY 35R. AT THIS POINT I WAS CONFUSED AND ASKED FOR A PROGRESSIVE TAXI AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO TURN AT MY NEXT R; WHICH I DID. FACTORS IN THIS INCIDENT WERE THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO ME AT A TIME WHEN I WAS NOT FINISHED LNDG THE AIRPLANE. WHEN I RECEIVED TAXI INSTRUCTIONS; I INDEED LOOKED TO FIND TXWY F; BUT ONLY SAW THE APCHING RWY. THE COMBINATION OF STILL LNDG THE AIRPLANE AND RECEIVING RUSHED INSTRUCTIONS WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS. ALSO; I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I COULD 'MAKE' TXWY F; NOR WAS I TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF A SPECIFIC RWY OR INTXN.
