A DC10-30 FREIGHTER ON TKOF HAD TWO R MAIN LNDG GEAR WHEEL ASSEMBLIES DEPART THE ACFT.
Narrative
AFTER TKOF AND GEAR UP FROM CDG ON RWY 26R; CDG TWR SAID THAT WE MIGHT HAVE BLOWN A TIRE ON TKOF. TKOF SEEMED NORMAL; BUT BUMPY LIKE A ROUGH RWY; NOT NEARLY AS ROUGH AS BLOWN TIRE IN COMPANY FLT SIMULATOR. NOT ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THAT ROUGH. GEAR HAD RAISED NORMALLY. BRAKE TEMPS AND HYD WERE NORMAL. WE WERE LATER INFORMED VIA ACARS THAT A TIRE AND WHEEL (#3) WERE FOUND BY MAINT ON THE RWY 26R AT CDG. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE AN EMER PROC FOR A BLOWN TIRE WITH LNDG GEAR DOWN; THERE IS NO PROC FOR DISCOVERING YOU HAVE A BLOWN TIRE AFTER LNDG GEAR ARE UP. OUR GEAR HAD BEEN UP FOR AN HR WHEN A MISSING WHEEL WAS CONFIRMED. SINCE WE HAD NO INDICATION OF HIGH TEMP OR HYD LEAK; WE ELECTED TO CONTINUE TO ZZZ; US AND A LIGHT FUEL WT LNDG. WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE PROB IN THE WHEEL. IT CHKED NORMAL DURING WALK AROUND PREFLT INSPECTION. CAPT FLEW THE EMER LNDG AT ZZZ; US. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE CREW WAS AWARE OF ONE TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY REPLACED IN ZZZ; US. THE RPTR SAID THE ALERT FROM CDG ONLY MENTIONED ONE WHEEL ASSEMBLY WAS FOUND AND RPTED BUT IN FACT TWO WHEEL ASSEMBLIES WERE MISSING. THE RPTR SAID SOME R INBOARD FLAP DAMAGE WAS INCURRED IN THIS INCIDENT.
