A300 FLC BECAME DISTR FROM CHKLIST TO EXPEDITE DEP AND BEGAN TKOF ROLL WITHOUT ENSURING FLT ATTENDANTS HAD COMPLETED SAFETY DUTIES.

Narrative

WHILE TAXIING TO RWY 22R FOR TKOF AND RUNNING THE BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST; THE TWR OFFERED TKOF CLRNC AHEAD OF 2 OTHER ACFT. I INTERRUPTED THE TKOF CHKLIST TO TAKE OFF. WE ACCEPTED TKOF CLRNC WITH A BACK TAXI FOR THE FULL LENGTH. THE INTERRUPTION CAUSED A BREAK IN THE NORMAL FLOW OF COMS BTWN THE CAPT AND MYSELF AS WELL AS A DISRUPTION OF THE NORMAL FLOW OF MY PREDEP ACTIONS. AS A RESULT; I FLIPPED THE TKOF BRIEFING/PA SWITCH ON THE MECHANICAL CHKLIST WHEN I HEARD THE CHIME; BUT FAILED TO CONFIRM WITH THE CAPT THAT THE TKOF PA WAS COMPLETE. AFTER TKOF AND CLBOUT; THE FLT ATTENDANTS INFORMED US THEY DID NOT HEAR A PREPARE FOR TKOF PA. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 498800: I FORGOT TO MAKE THE PREPARE FOR TKOF PA. FLT ATTENDANTS WERE CAUGHT UNPREPARED BY THE CHIME ONLY AND THE INITIATION OF OUR TKOF RUN. NEITHER OF US REMEMBER IF THE CHALLENGE/RESPONSE FOR THE TKOF BRIEF/PA MECHANICAL CHKLIST WAS ACCOMPLISHED. THE SWITCH; HOWEVER; WAS MOVED ON THE TKOF CHKLIST WHEN THE CHIME SOUNDED. FLT ATTENDANTS HAD JUST FINISHED SAFETY DEMO AND HAD TO RUSH TO THEIR SEATS.
