Narrative
THE WX AT THE FIELD WAS GUSTY WINDS WITH RAIN SHOWERS. AT BWI ARPT ON RWY 10; WE STARTED OUR TKOF ROLL. WE NOTICED A VIBRATION AND A BOOM AS WE APCHED V1. THE CAPT CALLED FOR THE ABORT AND DURING OUR DECELERATION; I INFORMED THE TWR WE SUSPECTED THAT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN A BLOWN TIRE. WE HAD NO NOSEWHEEL STEERING CAPABILITY TO TAXI THE ACFT OFF THE RWY. WE LOOKED OVER ALL THE GAUGES AND NOTICED HYD FLUID WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2 OF OUR SYS. I PULLED OUT THE CHKLIST FOR 2 OF OUR SYS. I PULLED OUT THE CHKLIST FOR AN ABORTED TKOF AND READ THE ITEMS OUT LOUD AND EXECUTED THE ACTIONS. WE INFORMED ALL GND PERSONNEL TO STAY AWAY FROM THE LNDG GEAR. WE MONITORED TWR WHILE THE EMER WAS GOING ON. AFTER WE TOOK THE PAX OFF THE AIRPLANE AND RETURNED TO OPS; WE FOUND OUT THAT POSSIBLE FOD ON THE RWY CAUSED THE TIRE BLOWOUT. THE CONDITION OF THE THERMAL DISCHARGE INDICATOR INTACT ON 1 TIRE SEEMS TO POINT IN THAT DIRECTION. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 505024: REJECTED TKOF WIND 060 DEGS AT 25 KTS GUSTING TO 34 KTS RAIN 5 SM. JUST PRIOR TO V1 (140 KTS); R MAIN TIRES BLEW (#3 AND #4). ACFT TILTED TO R; REJECTED TKOF ACCOMPLISHED. ACFT STAYED ON RWY AND STOPPED 300 FT FROM END OF RWY. PAX WERE TOLD TO STAY IN THEIR SEATS. THEY REMAINED CALM AND WERE REMOVED FROM ACFT 30 MINS LATER VIA MARYLAND STATE VEHICLE.
