A HAWKER HS125-800XP LEAVES THE RWY WHEN PERFORMING A XWIND LNDG AT ZZZ; US.

Narrative

ACFT WAS LINED UP FOR A NORMAL LNDG ON RWY 17L. THERE WAS; AT THAT TIME; A R XWIND. I MADE THE NECESSARY CORRECTIONS; R AILERON/L RUDDER; TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS CONDITION. MADE A SMOOTH TOUCHDOWN ON THE MAIN LNDG GEAR FOLLOWED BY A SMOOTH TOUCHDOWN ON THE L MAIN LNDG GEAR. WITH THE NOSE GEAR STILL UP IN THE AIR; FELT THE L MAIN GEAR 'SQUAT' AN INDICATION THAT ONE IF NOT BOTH L MAIN TIRES HAD BLOWN. THE AIRPLANE MADE AN IMMEDIATE TURN TO THE L. I IMMEDIATELY COUNTERED BY PUTTING IN FULL R AILERON AND RUDDER. THE AIRPLANE CONTINUED TO THE L AND MOMENTARILY LEFT THE RWY. THE TRANSITION FROM RWY TO INFIELD APPEARED TO BE SMOOTH; LOSS OF GND CONTACT WAS NEVER NOTED. AS THE AIRPLANE BEGAN TO SLOW; I SENSED I HAD MORE DIRECTIONAL CTL. I TRANSITIONED DIRECTIONAL CTL FROM THE RUDDER TO THE TILLER; GUIDED THE AIRPLANE MORE TO THE CTR OF THE RWY AND PROCEEDED TO BRING THE AIRPLANE TO A STOP. I THEN TURNED OFF THE RWY; PROCEEDED CLR OF RWY 17L; AND THEN BEGAN A SIMULTANEOUS EVAC AND SHUTDOWN OF THE AIRPLANE. UPON EVAC AND SHUTDOWN; INSPECTED THE AIRPLANE FOR DAMAGE. NOTED THAT BOTH L MAIN TIRES HAD SUFFERED SEVERE DAMAGE; BOTH TIRES HAD FLAT-SPOTTED WITH A HOLE THROUGH EACH TIRE. NO OBVIOUS DAMAGE TO THE L MAIN LNDG GEAR OR STRUT. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS EVIDENT ON THE AIRPLANE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 509201: TWR WAS NOTIFIED. TWR RESPONDED WITH SMOKE COMING FROM WHEEL AREA. PNF CHKED ACFT. DAMAGE WAS OBSERVED. L MAIN GEAR DOOR; FLAP DAMAGE AND BOTH L MAIN GEAR TIRES HAD FLAT SPOTS ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE TIRE. DAMAGE WAS DONE TO AT LEAST 4 RWY LIGHTS TO 2 RWY SIGNS. ACFT WAS LATER TOWED TO A SECURE AREA.
