Narrative
FO AND I NOTICED THAT THE TCASII FAIL LIGHTS WERE ON ON BOTH EHSI'S. SWITCHED XPONDERS TO TRY AND FIX PROB. ZOB THEN SAID THEY LOST OUR XPONDER. SWITCHED BACK XPONDERS AND CLE GOT US BACK. TCASII FAIL LIGHTS WERE STILL ON. FO THEN NOTICED THE GPWS INOP LIGHT CAME ON THEN OFF. ZOB CALLED BACK AS THEY LOST OUR SQUAWK AGAIN. SWITCHED XPONDERS AGAIN; BUT DID NOT FIX THE PROB. ASSIGNED FO TO PF AND MONITOR #1 RADIO AND I INITIATED A CALL TO DISPATCH. ABOUT THAT TIME WE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE AUTOTHROTTLES WERE OFF; WITH NO INDICATIONS. I TRIED TO TURN THE AUTOTHROTTLE BACK ON; BUT THEY WOULD NOT ENGAGE. WE NEVER HEARD THE SOLENOID KICK OFF AND NEVER GOT A FLASHING LIGHT. MAINT CAME ON AND I EXPLAINED WHAT WE HAD. HE SAID IT SOUNDED LIKE A BUS PROB. ABOUT THAT TIME THE FO SAID HE FELT FUNNY AND WE BOTH LOOKED AT THE CABIN ALT. IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO 10000 FT. WE DONNED MASKS AND ESTABLISHED COM. I TOLD HIM TO CALL CLE AND START DOWN AND I WOULD RUN THE CHKLIST. RAN EMER DSCNT QRC AND THEN TRIED TO FIX CABIN ALT BY CLOSING THE OUTFLOW VALVE VIA MANUAL DC. FINISHED REF ITEMS (8-20) AND LEVELED AT 9000 FT MSL. TOLD ZOB WE WANTED TO GO TO CMH AND THEY VECTORED US THAT WAY. MADE PA ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALLED THE FLT DECK. BRIEFED HER IT WOULD BE A CABIN ADVISORY UNLESS SHE OR FO FELT OTHERWISE. BRIEFED APCH AND ASSUMED PF DUTIES ON DOWNWIND. LANDED CMH. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 514066: CAPT DECLARED AN EMER AND WE STARTED DOWN WHILE RUNNING THE EMER DSCNT CHKLIST. PAX OXYGEN MASKS DEPLOYED AFTER THE CABIN. ALT WARNING HORN CAME ON.
