E120 CREW HAD STALL BUFFET AT CRUISE ALT. SUBSEQUENT INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE ACFT WAS DISPATCHED OVERWT AND WITH THE CTR OF GRAVITY AFT OF THE AFT LIMIT.
Narrative
AFTER THE FO DID THE WT AND BAL; WE FOUND OUT THAT WE WERE 200 LBS OVER MAX GROSS TKOF WT. WE EITHER HAD TO PULL 2 PAX OFF; OR 8 BAGS. OPS ADVISED US 8 BAGS WOULD BE REMOVED; WHICH WAS CONFIRMED BY OUR RAMPER. AT 100 KTS; WITH A V1 OF 118 KTS; THE NOSEWHEEL LIFTED OFF THE GND. I FORCED THE NOSE BACK ON THE GND AND HELD IT THERE UNTIL V1; AT WHICH POINT I RELEASED BACK PRESSURE AND THE AIRPLANE LEAPT OFF OF THE GND. AT FL203; CLBING TO FL210; THE AIRPLANE WAS ON AUTOPLT; IN CLB MODE. I FELT A BUFFET AND LOOKED AT THE VSI WHICH SHOWED +100 FPM IN A CLB. AIRSPD SHOWED 135 KTS; 15 KTS BELOW MINIMUM; NO FLAPS; NO INDICATED AIRSPD. I PROMPTLY DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT AND PITCHED DOWN. WE LEVELED OFF AT FL190 AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE. WE NEVER GOT A SHAKER. ON THE GND AT XYZ ARPT; I HAD THE RAMPERS COUNT EVERY BAG OFF THE PLANE. WE HAD 11 BAGS PLUS 2 GATE CHKED BAGS; WHICH WERE NOT SHOWN ON OUR MANIFEST. THAT IS AT LEAST 295 LBS MORE THAN WE SHOULD HAVE HAD ON BOARD. SOME BAGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOUBLE COUNTED BECAUSE THEY WERE LARGE AND THEY WEREN'T; HENCE THE WERE AT LEAST 295 LBS (COULD HAVE BEEN MORE). WHILE I ACCIDENTALLY BROKE A LIMITATION; THERE WERE BAGS ON BOARD THAT SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN THERE. THE AFT LOADED AIRPLANE WAS CERTAINLY A FACTOR IN THE BUFFET AND LACK OF CLB PERFORMANCE.
