Narrative
AFTER CONCLUDING A MAINT TEST FLT ON A HAWKER 700 I CALLED ZZZ TWR; (ALSO THE DEP ARPT) RECEIVED CLRNC TO LAND ON RWY 12; EXECUTED A NORMAL APCH; AND LANDED ON RWY 12 AT ZZZ; UNITED STATES. I LANDED ON THE CTRLINE; AT VREF (110 KTS) AS THE NOSEWHEEL TOUCHED DOWN I BEGAN TO APPLY THE BRAKES AND THE ACFT IMMEDIATELY BEGAN A R TURN; I RELEASED THE BRAKES IMMEDIATELY; ADDED PWR AND THE ACFT LEFT THE RWY ON THE R. I IMMEDIATELY CLOSED BOTH THROTTLES; (IDLE) GRABBED THE TILLER; TURNED L TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE ACFT AND APPLIED FULL BRAKES. WE WERE NOW PARALLELING THE RWY IN THE GRASS. WE WENT OVER A TXWY PERPENDICULAR TO OUR GND RUN AND STOPPED ON OTHER SIDE OF THE TXWY JUST SHORT OF ANOTHER PERPENDICULAR TXWY. I TAXIED (R TURN) ONTO THE TXWY; STOPPED THE ACFT; WALKED AROUND AND SAW NO VISIBLE DAMAGE. ACFT WAS THEN TAXIED BACK TO HANGAR FOR COMPLETE INSPECTION. PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION INDICATES THAT AN ANTI-SKID MALFUNCTION MAY HAVE OCCURRED. ATC PERSONNEL AT ZZZ FILED THIS AS A LCL INCIDENT ONLY. AT THIS TIME DAMAGE APPEARS TO BE MINIMAL; 2 TIRES AND 1 FAN BLADE ON ENG.
