AFTER A DIVERSION TO AN ENRTE STOP AND UNDER PRESSURE TO CONTINUE BY THEIR DISPATCHER A FATIGUED ACR CREW QUESTIONS THE PAPERWORK REQUIRED TO ACCOUNT FOR PAX THAT DID NOT CONTINUE ON.

Narrative

LONG DAY; DIVERTED TO CMH DUE TO HIGH WINDS AT PIT. LCL PIT PAX OPTED TO DRIVE TO PIT INSTEAD OF WAIT OUT THE GND STOP. UPON DEP; CMH GND CREW DID NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE PAX FROM COMPUTERIZED FLT PAX LIST. AFTER DISCUSSING WITH DISPATCH; WHO WAS PRESSING ME TO 'GET GOING' WE OPTED TO FILL OUT A LOAD RPT NOT NORMALLY REQUIRED FOR A DIVERSION; TO REFLECT THE DISEMBARKED PAX. THE GATE AGENT WAS TOO BUSY SO I FILLED IT OUT. I WAS TIRED AND CONSCIOUSLY DID IT SLOWLY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHT. THE AGENT SIGNED IT AND I WAS ON MY WAY. AFTER DEP; MY COPY DIDN'T BLEED THROUGH THE TOTAL PAX COUNT (THE FORM IS 2 PAGE CARBON COPY). I RADIOED THE STATION AND TOLD THEM TO BE SURE IT REFLECTED THE TOTAL PAX AS WELL AS THE DISEMBARKED (WHICH DID BLEED THROUGH). THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I DON'T THINK THAT THE RPT IS REQUIRED AND I THINK I AM COVERED WITH THE NEW RPT SHOWING ONLY THE DISEMBARKED PAX AS AN ADDENDUM TO THE ORIGINAL RPT. HOWEVER; I'M NOT SURE BECAUSE OUR COMPANY HAS NO PROC FOR THIS EVENT. IF THE STATION WROTE IN WHAT I ASKED THEM TO AND IT IS NOT THERE; THIS DEFINITELY WOULD BE A PROB. I AM NOT SURE OTHERWISE. SOLUTIONS: 1) DEVELOP A DEFINITE PROC FOR PAX WHO DO NOT CONTINUE AFTER A DIVERSION. I INTEND TO TALK TO MY COMPANY ABOUT THIS. 2) I AM CONTINUALLY SURPRISED BY HOW MANY MISTAKES I MAKE AT THE END OF A LONG DAY WHEN I THINK I'M FINE. SHORTER DUTY TIME; PER REGS IS IN ORDER.
