Narrative
DURING TAXI FOR TKOF AT MYNN WE WERE CLRED TO RWY 14. HOLD SHORT RWY 14 ON LIMA. I WAS DOING CHECKLIST; TAXI; WHEN WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO CROSS RWY 14 ON LIMA TXWY TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 9 ON TXWY ECHO. WE BOTH CLRED LEFT AND RIGHT ON RWY 14 AS WE CLRED RWY 14 THE CAPT ASKED ME TO CHECK THE RWY AND TXWY CHARTS FOR TXWY ECHO. AS I WAS CONFIRMING WHERE TXWY ECHO WAS WE HAD CROSSED RWY 14 AND IMMEDIATELY TURNED LEFT ON THE TXWY HOTEL. WHICH ALMOST IMMEDIATELY CROSSED THE EXTREME CORNER END OF RWY 9. WE WERE THEN ASKED IF WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 9 BY GND CTL; AND THEN NOTIFIED WE HAD INDEED CROSSED RWY 9. WE STOPPED ON OTHER SIDE OF RWY 9 AND ASK FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS (NO OTHER ACFT ON RWY 9 BUT ON SHORT FINAL) WE WERE THEN CLRED TO RWY 14 AND TXWY HOTEL; HOLD SHORT OF RWY 14 FOR TKOF INSTRUCTIONS. THE ARPT DIAGRAM SHOW LIMA TXWY TURN INTO TXWY ECHO ON OTHER SIDE OF RWY 14 WHICH THEN INTERSECT WITH TXWY HOTEL AND HOTEL CROSSES END OF RWY 9. I MISSED SEEING ANY HOLD SHORT LINES ON HOTEL OR ECHO BECAUSE I WAS HEAD DOWN CHECKING CHART RWY'S. HOWEVER; I NOTICED THAT ALL TAXI LINES AND HOLD SHORT MARKING WERE VERY FAINT AND HARD TO SEE.
