Narrative
CLBOUT AFTER TKOF. SELECTED FLAPS UP AND WARNING HORN SOUNDED. INVESTIGATION REVEALED NOSE SENSOR GND SWITCH MALFUNCTION (ACFT THOUGHT IT WAS STILL ON GND). EVERY ATTEMPT TO RAISE FLAPS CREATED WARNING HORN (SYS DESIGNED TO PREVENT FLAPS UP TKOF AND ACFT THOUGHT IT WAS STILL ON THE GND). COORDINATED WITH ATC; LEVELED AT 10000 FT; 220 KTS. CONTACTED COMPANY MAINT -- RECOMMENDED RAISE FLAPS. HORN WOULD NOT SILENCE -- PULLED WARNING HORN CIRCUIT BREAKER. CHKED ASSOCIATED SYS OPS NORMAL. CONTINUED TO DEST. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER WHEN FLAPS WERE LOWERED TO RETURN ALL WARNING SYS TO NORMAL OPS. A PROC NEEDS TO BE DEVELOPED FOR FLC'S TO UTILIZE TO SILENCE WARNING HORNS FOR MALFUNCTIONING SYS. PULLING THE WARNING HORN CIRCUIT BREAKER NEEDS TO BE STANDARD PRACTICE FOR CERTAIN MALFUNCTIONS. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 536251: WE ATTEMPTED TO RAISE FLAPS FROM POS '1' TO 'UP.' RECEIVED MASTER WARNING AND 'FLAPS' MESSAGE. WX WAS NO FACTOR. ALL OTHER SYS OPERATED NORMALLY EXCEPT NO FIRE BELL. FIRE SYS TESTED WITH ALL LIGHTS EXCEPT MASTER WARNING. THERE WAS NO POM PROC TO FOLLOW.
