ILS DME 2 MGGT; RAG TO AUR INBOUND ACR Y AT 11000 FT APPROX 2 MI IN FRONT OF ACR X AT 9000 FT. BOTH FLTS CLRED IFR APCH. ACR X SLOWED TO 190 KIAS; FLAPS 5 DEGS OVERHEAD AUR VOR. ACR X DEPARTED AUR VOR ON 215 DEG RADIAL; FLAPS 10 DEGS; SPD REDUCED TO 150 KIAS. ACR X GOT YELLOW TCASII DISPLAY FROM DSNDING ACR Y. APCH IS ATTEMPTING TO GET SPACING (IE; ACR Y FAST; ACR X SLOW). ACR X FMS APCH SET UP WITH AUR 215 DEG RADIAL; 6.2 DME AS TURN POINT; AUR 205 DEG RADIAL 6.8 DME AS MIDPOINT OF PROC; TO ROLLOUT AT VILAN AT 6300 FT. CONFIGURED LNDG GEAR DOWN; FLAPS 15 DEGS PRIOR TO 215 DEG RADIAL 6.2 DME. RECONFIGURED FLAPS 25 DEGS BEFORE INITIATING TURN AT 6.2 DME 6600 FT. APPROX 70 DEGS THROUGH TURN; ACR X GOT RED TCASII DISPLAY OF CO-ALT TARGET TO THE R OF OUR NOSE. CREW BECAME UNCOMFORTABLE; DISENGAGED THE AUTOPLT AT 90 DEG TURN AND ROLLED WINGS LEVEL. TCASII ALERT SOUNDED; COMMANDING MAINTAIN VERT SPD. ACR X CREW CLRED AFT OF ACR Y AS THE AIRBUS 320 INITIATED A GAR. ACR X OVERSHOT ILS FINAL; TURNED BACK INBOUND TO AN UNEVENTFUL FINAL APCH AND LNDG. ACR X MAX DME DURING PROC WAS 6.8 DME. (ACR Y OUTSIDE 7 DME DURING PROC.) APCH PLATE SPECIFIED 'DO NOT EXCEED 7 DME ARC.' APCH NEVER MENTIONED ACR Y THROUGHOUT THE APCH AND SEEMED UNAWARE OF THE CONFLICT UNTIL AFTER THE ACFT HAD INITIATED EVASIVE MANEUVERING.
