Narrative
AFTER PUSHBACK FROM GATE IN ZZZ; CREW NOTICED 'RADIO FAN OFF' MESSAGE ON ANNUNCIATOR PANEL. CONTACTED MAINT COORDINATOR VIA RADIO. CREW WAS INSTRUCTED TO PULL AND RESET 2 CIRCUIT BREAKERS (DID NOT CORRECT MALFUNCTION). WE WERE THEN TOLD TO CHK 3 ADDITIONAL BREAKERS; WHICH WERE OUT. MAINT INSTRUCTED CREW TO RESET BREAKERS. CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE NOT OUT PRIOR TO PUSHBACK. MALFUNCTION WAS CORRECTED AND MESSAGE 'RADIO FAN OFF' WAS OUT. DURING CLBOUT; FLT ATTENDANTS RPTED AFT LAVATORY WOULD NOT FLUSH (THE OTHER WAS INOP) AND FORWARD LAVATORY LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. CONTACTED MAINT VIA RADIO; HEARD CLICK; FOUND AFT FUEL BOOST PUMP CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED; THEN 1 CARGO HEAT CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. THEN 2 MORE CARGO HEAT CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPED. NONE WERE RESET. LEVELED AT FL260; MAINT RECOMMENDED RETURN TO ZZZ. DURING RETURN; CREW WAS BRIEFED FOR POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL FIRE/SMOKE AND EVAC. ALL OTHER ELECTRICAL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. REQUESTED EXPEDITED HANDLING FROM ATC. NORMAL LNDG AND TAXI TO GATE.
