A B737-800 CREW HAD A RWY INCURSION AFTER A NIGHT LNDG AT SEA.

Narrative

WE LANDED ON RWY 34L AT SEA XA35 WITH CAPT FLYING. ACFT EXITED RWY ON TXWY F AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 34R. FO READ BACK CLRNC. I AND THE FO; HOWEVER; BELIEVED THAT WE WERE ACTUALLY ON TXWY H AND NOT TXWY F. THE NIGHT WAS VERY DARK AND THE BRIGHT TXWY LIGHTS WERE QUITE DISTRACTING AS WE SEARCHED FOR TXWY J THAT CROSSED TXWY H AT A R ANGLE. THESE RWYS ARE VERY CLOSE IN PROX SEPARATED BY ONLY 800 FT AND TIME GOES BY VERY QUICKLY. WHILE SEARCHING FOR THE NONEXISTENT TXWY J. I NEGLECTED TO NOTICE THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 34R AND TAXIED ONTO THAT RWY. THIS WAS NOTICED AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE TWR AND WE WERE GIVEN CLRNC TO CONTINUE TAXIING ACROSS RWY 34R. I HAD LANDED AT SEA 3 TIMES IN THE PAST BUT ONLY DURING DAYLIGHT HRS. BEING UNFAMILIAR WITH LNDG HERE AT NIGHT AND GIVEN THE CLOSE PROX OF THE RWYS; THE VERY DARK NIGHT; THE BRIGHT TXWY LIGHTS; THE CONFUSION OVER TXWYS; MISSING THE HOLD SHORT LINE AND LONG DAY FOR CREW RESULTED IN THIS INCURSION. I AM FULLY CONFIDENT THAT IF SOME TYPE OF FLASHING STOP LIGHT SYS HAD BEEN INSTALLED BTWN THESE VERY CLOSE RWYS THIS INCURSION WOULD NEVER HAVE TAKEN PLACE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 556482: BETTER ARPT DESIGN AND/OR LIGHTING MIGHT HAVE HELPED PREVENT THIS INCURSION.
