WITH REGARD TO CLE AIRFIELD'S DIAGRAM; ON 10-9 PAGE; AUG/XA/02; IF TXWY W HAS REVERSED HOLD LINES; LIKE TXWYS N; K; R; S; Z; THEN THE AIRFIELD DIAGRAM SHOULD BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THIS SIT WITH SIMILAR NOTES 1 AND 2. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE TWR SPOKESMAN WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRING TO RECENT AERIAL PHOTO OF THE ARPT; STATED THERE WERE MARKINGS ON TXWY W. HE SAID THE COMMERCIAL CHART COMPANY WOULD BE CONTACTED AND ASKED TO INCLUDE MARKINGS IN THEIR NEXT PUB. RPTR STATED THE REPORTING ACR CAPT HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 6R WITH A LOW CEILING AT THE TIME. WHEN THEY BROKE OUT; ANOTHER ACFT WAS TAKING POS FOR THE SAME RWY AND THEY WERE SWITCHED TO RWY 6C. ON ROLLOUT; THEY WERE INSTRUCTED TO HOLD ON TXWY W; SHORT OF RWY 6R. HE SAID THEY BECAME CONFUSED BECAUSE OF THE DOUBLE HOLD LINE MARKINGS BTWN THE CLOSELY SPACED RWYS. THE CTLR INSTRUCTED THEM TO STOP AS THEY TURNED ONTO TXWY W. HE BELIEVES THEY MAY HAVE CROSSED THE HOLD LINE THAT APPLIED TO RWY 6R.
