ENRTE FROM ZZZZ TO ZZZZ1 AT FL350; FE RPTED #3 ENG OIL QUANTITY AT ZERO; #3 ENG OIL PRESSURE FLUCTUATING BTWN 20 LBS AND 40 LBS; AND #3 ENG OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FE REMOVED #3 ENG OIL QUANTITY GAUGE AND REPLACED WITH #4 ENG OIL GAUGE; PROB STILL REMAINED. FOLLOWED ABNORMAL CHKLISTS 'LOW OIL PRESSURE' AND 'INFLT ENG SHUTDOWN.' FE CALLED VIA PHONE PATCH TO ADVISE WE SHUT DOWN #3 ENG AND THAT WE WOULD NEED MAINT ONCE WE LANDED. APCHING RVSM AIRSPACE; WE DSNDED TO FL280. ENG SHUTDOWN AT XA20Z. AT XB30Z TURNED START LEVER ON FOR 3 MINS ACCORDING TO ABNORMAL CHKLIST; AND NOTED OIL PRESSURE AT 20 PSI. COMPLETED 3 ENG LNDG TO ZZZZ1. LOGBOOK SHOWED THAT NO OIL HAD BEEN ADDED FOR 4 DAYS. AN AIR FORCE MECH SVCED THE ENGS. HE ADDED 17 QUARTS OF OIL TO #3 ENG; 5 QUARTS TO #1 ENG; 4 QUARTS TO #2 ENG; AND 10 QUARTS TO #4 ENG. AFTER SVCING ENGS; WE RAN ENG #3 ACCORDING TO MAINT MANUAL. OPS CHKED NORMAL AND SHUT DOWN ENG; THEN ADDED 2 MORE QUARTS OF OIL TO #3 ENG. LOADERS FINISHED LOADING CARGO AT XE35Z; WAITED FOR GND PERSONNEL TO START ENGS UNTIL XF00Z. AFTER STARTING ENGS; WE WERE PUSHED BACK AND THEN TAXIED TO RWY 28L. DURING TAXI; #3 ENG PARAMETERS NORMAL. CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 28L IN ZZZZ1. ONCE THROTTLES REACHED 1.6 EPR; #3 ENG OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THROTTLES WERE RETARDED AND ASKED TWR IF WE COULD CLR THE RWY. TKOF ROLL HAD NOT BEEN INITIATED. ONCE CLR OF THE RWY; WE TAXIED BACK TO APCH END OF RWY 28L. TWR ADVISED US WE WOULD BE OK FOR A 2-MIN ENG RUN-UP OF #3 ENG. AT 1.78 EPR OF #3 ENG; N2=102%; EGT=510 DEGS; OIL PRESSURE=47 LBS; OIL TEMP=75 DEGS; N1=102% AND OIL QUANTITY READ 4 GALLONS. FE CALLED MAINT CTLR VIA PHONE PATCH AND WE WERE ADVISED OK TO CONTINUE TO ZZZZ2. #3 ENG OIL LOW PRESSURE LIGHT REST OF FLT CONTINUED NORMAL.
