Narrative
A PAX SAT IN FIRST CLASS WHEN BOARDING BEGAN. HE HAD A COCKTAIL BEFORE DEP AND A COCKTAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF. SHORTLY AFTER THE BEVERAGE SVC; I REALIZED I HAD 1 TOO MANY PAX IN FIRST CLASS. I ASKED TO SEE HIS BOARDING PASS; WHICH HE GAVE ME AFTER A LITTLE PRODDING; AND IT SAID 27F. I ASKED HIM TO TAKE THE CORRECT SEAT; AT WHICH TIME HE TOLD ME THE AGENT SAID THAT HE COULD SIT IN FIRST CLASS. I ONCE AGAIN TOLD HIM THAT HIS SEAT NUMBER WOULD HAVE REFLECTED THAT. HE THEN TOLD ME HIS BROTHER WAS AN EMPLOYEE; AND I ASKED HIM 1 MORE TIME TO TAKE HIS CORRECT SEAT. HE LEFT FIRST CLASS; BUT BECAME MOUTHY WITH A FLT ATTENDANT IN THE MAIN CABIN. HE WAS UPSET THAT I HAD 'KICKED HIM OUT' OF FIRST CLASS AND WAS AFRAID HIS BROTHER WOULD LOSE HIS TRAVEL PRIVILEGES. HE WAS ON A NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET; AND WE LATER FOUND OUT HIS BROTHER WORKS FOR ANOTHER AIRLINE. I ASKED THE CAPT TO LET ME IN THE COCKPIT; AND I DESCRIBED THE EVENTS. HE WAS BELLIGERENT AT THAT TIME; BUT I WANTED TO GIVE HIM A 'HEADS UP.' I DON'T THINK THAT ALCOHOL SHOULD BE SERVED DURING THE CURRENT CONDITIONS OF THE AIRLINES OR OUR NATIONAL SECURITY. HE WAS MET BY THE AGENT; AND THE CAPT SPOKE TO HIM ON THE GND ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR. THE AGENT SAID THEY PUT REMARKS IN HIS PNR. HE WAS FINE ON LNDG; AND WAS ACTUALLY EXCITED TO SPEAK TO THE CAPT; BECAUSE HE THOUGHT I WAS AT FAULT.
