A B1900D CAPT RPTED THAT THE FO WOULD NOT RELINQUISH CTL; WHILE PARKING IN DEN; CAUSING THE TAXIING ACFT TO HIT A PARKED ACFT.

Narrative

WHILE MY FO WAS TAXIING OUR ACFT E ON THE S SIDE OF CONCOURSE; A GND SVC AGENT FLAGGED US TO CROSS THE SVC ROAD TO OUR GATE ON THE S SIDE OF CONCOURSE. OUR RAMP AGENT BLOCKED THE SVC ROAD AND WE WERE DIRECTED BY A SECOND RAMP SVC AGENT DIRECTING US TO PARK BTWN 2 PARKED COMPANY ACFT. THE FO FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS OF BOTH RAMP AGENTS. AS WE WERE FACING N; THE FIRST RAMP AGENT WALKED TOWARD OUR R WING; NOW OUR WING WALKER. ACCORDING TO MY FO; OUR WING WALKER WAS IN PLACE. THE SECOND RAMP AGENT CONTINUED MARSHALLING US; TURNING US BACK E TO POS US BTWN THE 2 PARKED ACFT. THE SECOND RAMP AGENT WAS STANDING ON A PRE-PAINTED PARKING MARK; INDICATING WE WOULD CLR BOTH ACFT WHICH WERE PARKED ON THEIR RESPECTIVE PRE-PAINTED PARKING MARKS. THE MARSHALER STEPPED TO THE S OF OUR PRE-PAINTED MARK TO ENSURE OUR CLRNC. THE FO CONTINUALLY WATCHED OUR WING WALKER AND THE CLRNC OF WINGTIPS. AS THE FO LOOKED OUT HIS R WINDOW; THE MARSHALER TURNED US L; BUT THE FO TURNED R. I IMMEDIATELY YELLED 'TURN L' AND IMMEDIATELY TURNED THE ACFT L WITH THE RUDDERS CALLING 'MY ACFT.' EVEN THOUGH I CALLED FOR 'MY ACFT' THE FO DID NOT IMMEDIATELY RELINQUISH CTL. THE MARSHALER GAVE US AN EMER STOP. I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT THE ACFT TO A STOP AND THE FO; NOW TURNING BACK TO SEE THE MARSHALER; SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES; AFTER I HAD BROUGHT THE ACFT TO A STOP. HIS APPLICATION MERELY JERKED THE ACFT. THE MARSHALER ADVISED ME TO CUT THE ENGS. WE DEPLANED OUR 3 PAX; THEN INSPECTED THE ACFT. MAINT CLRED BOTH ACFT IN 5 MINS. OUR ACFT HAD A 2 INCH SCRAPE OF PAINT (NO METAL). THE OTHER ACFT HAD NO DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF THE ACFT TOUCHING.
