DURING TAXI OUT; THE B190 FLC STRUCK PLASTIC REFLECTIVE MARKING TUBES SURROUNDING ARPT CONSTRUCTION WITH THE R PROP.
Narrative
ON THE NIGHT OF THE OCCURRENCE; I TURNED 150 DEGS OUT OF THE GATE AND WENT NE ON THE RAMP. THE NORMAL TAXI LINE WAS COVERED WITH SNOW. I WAS CYCLING THE TAXI LIGHT ON AND OFF TO SEE. I HAD BETTER VISIBILITY WITH THE LIGHT OFF; BECAUSE OF THE FALLING SNOW. THERE IS A NEW CTL TWR UNDER CONSTRUCTION APPROX 1/2 - 1 MI NE OF THE GATE. ON THE E SIDE OF TWR; PLASTIC REFLECTIVE TUBES BEGIN TO DIVIDE THE RAMP FROM THE TXWY. DURING MY TAXI; I INADVERTENTLY GOT ON THE W SIDE OF THE REFLECTORS. I WAS STILL TAXIING TO THE NE; WHEN MY FO SAID WE JUST HIT SOMETHING. BY THIS TIME; WE WERE ON TXWY A. AFTER THE STRIKE; WE CALLED GND AND RETURNED TO THE GATE. WE INSPECTED THE PLANE AND FOUND NO DANGER. WE FILLED OUT A COMPANY OCCURRENCE RPT AS WELL AS TALKED TO THE ARPT AUTH. THE COMPANY FLEW OUT A MECH THE NEXT MORNING; WHO CLRED THE ACFT. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE ON THE ACFT. THE R PROP HIT 2 OF THE REFLECTIVE TUBES (APPEAR TO BE SIMILAR TO PVC). I FEEL THIS OCCURRENCE IS COMBINATION OF BAD WX CONDITIONS AND FATIGUE. THAT LEG WOULD HAVE BEEN THE 30TH LEG OF THE WK. I WORKED FROM XA50 TO XH15; DROVE 3 HRS HOME; I WOKE UP AT XA00 ON THE NEXT DAY; AND DROVE 3 HRS BACK TO WORK. I HAD A 3 HR AND 46 MIN BREAK; WHEN MY WIFE PICKED ME UP TO GO HOME FOR DINNER. THAT WAS MY 4TH DAY ON A 5 DAY TRIP. IN THE FUTURE; I NEED TO BE AWARE OF MY WELL-BEING IN ORDER TO DEAL WITH ADVERSE WX CONDITIONS. I KEPT ON GOING; GOING; GOING WITHOUT GIVING MYSELF A BREAK.
