LFPG GND CTLR COMPLAINS THAT CARGO JET TOOK TOO MUCH TIME IN XING RWY CAUSING A TKOF DELAY OF AN ACFT HOLDING IN POS.

Narrative

MY CREW AND I HAD A VERY LONG DUTY DAY; STARTING AT XA30 IN EWR AND OPERATING TO EGSS; THEN ONTO LFPG. AFTER EXITING RWY 26L IN LFPG AND HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 26R; I WAS INSTRUCTED TO CROSS RWY 26R AND CONTACT GND. WE CROSSED ON TXWY S2. ANOTHER ACFT CROSSED ON TXWY S3 AT THE SAME TIME. AN ACFT WAS HOLDING IN POS AT THE DEP END. I CROSSED THE RWY QUICKLY AND ONCE WE SWITCHED TO GND; WE RECEIVED VAGUE TAXI INSTRUCTIONS WHICH WERE VERY UNCLR. SO I SLOWED THE ACFT TO AVOID A CONFLICT WITH THE ACFT ON THE R AND TO AVOID MISSING TXWY W2 ON MY L -- IF THAT WAS HOW WE WERE EXPECTED TO PROCEED. BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO BLOCK THE RWY WITH MY TAIL; HOWEVER; I CONTINUED FORWARD AND PREPARED FOR A L TURN ON TXWY T. EVENTUALLY GND GAVE MORE PRECISE TAXI INSTRUCTIONS AND WE CONTINUED ON OUR WAY. THEY SPENT A LOT OF TIME GIVING MORE PRECISE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE ACFT ON OUR R; A SMALLER ACFT; THAT WAS BASICALLY ONLY FOLLOWING US. WHILE TAXIING NBOUND; GND CALLED TO SAY WE DID NOT CROSS THE RWY QUICKLY ENOUGH AND WE CAUSED A CONFLICT OR DELAY WITH THE DEPARTING AFT ON RWY 26R; BECAUSE WE HAD SLOWED AFTER XING THE RWY. I DID NOT COME TO A COMPLETE STOP DURING THE PERIOD OR QUESTION; BUT OBVIOUSLY DID NOT MOVE MY MAX LNDG WT ACFT FAST ENOUGH FOR GND CTL. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF PARIS COULD PUBLISH STANDARD TAXI RTES AS MANY OTHERS ARPTS DO.
