A PVT PLT EXCEEDS THE RESTR AIRSPD OF 140 KTS IN THE LAX SPECIAL USE AIRSPACE.
Narrative
I WAS HEADING S THROUGH THE LOS ANGELES SPECIAL FLT CREW RULES AREA OVER LAX; SQUAWKING XYZ; FOLLOWING THE 132 RADIAL FROM SMO AND BROADCASTING POS ON 128.55. I NOTICED AS I EXITED THE RTE THAT MY AIRSPD WAS A LITTLE OVER 200 MPH. I BELIEVE THERE WAS A TAILWIND; BUT DID NOT MAKE A NOTE OF MY INDICATED AIRSPD. HOWEVER; IT MAY HAVE BEEN IN EXCESS OF THE 140 KT SPD LIMIT. ADDITIONALLY; A FELLOW PLT AHEAD OF ME LATER MENTIONED THAT HE DID NOT HEAR MY 3 POS RPTS WHILE IN THE CORRIDOR. I CANNOT EXPLAIN THIS ISSUE -- MY PAX (ALSO A PVT PLT) CONFIRMED THAT I DID CLRLY STATE MY POS 3 TIMES ENTERING; MIDFIELD OF LAX AND EXITING. IMMEDIATELY AFTER EXITING; WHILE OVER TORRANCE; I DID HAVE GREAT DIFFICULTY RAISING SOCAL FOR FLT CREW FOLLOWING AND DID CHANGE RADIOS UPON WHICH SOCAL ANSWERED ON MY FIRST TRY. I MAY HAVE A RADIO ISSUE; AND I WILL CHK BOTH RADIOS. TO HELP CORRECT THE PROB OF EXCESSIVE AIRSPD (OR ANY OTHER VIOLATION); PERHAPS THE CORRIDOR RULES COULD BE BROADCAST ON 128.55. THE MESSAGE WOULD NOT BE MUCH LONGER THAN THE TIME IT TAKES FOR AN ACFT TO RPT AND THE MESSAGE COULD REPEAT EVERY 30 SECONDS TO 1 MIN. PLTS WOULD THEN HAVE AN AUDIBLE REMINDER OF THE RULES; WHICH WOULD ALSO MEAN MORE TIME LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW INSTEAD OF ON THE CHART. I ALSO PROPOSE TO PRINT MYSELF A CARD SPELLING OUT THE SPECIAL FLT CREW RULE AND KEEP IT IN THE PLANE.
