DEPARTED RWY 25R VFR NORMAL TAKE OFF ROLL; AFTER GEAR RETRACTION HYDRAULIC LAMP CENTRAL WARNING PANEL ON; PERFORMED MEMORY ITEMS EMER PROC CHKLIST APPLICABLE CHECKS DECLARED EMER CONFIGURED ACFT LNDG RWY 25R UNEVENTFUL LNDG EXITED RWY AND CAME TO A STOP REQUESTED WHEELS CHOCKED BY CRASH FIRE RESCUE (CFR). CFR CONFIRMED CHOCKED BY COMPANY MAINT. DURING ENG SHUTDOWN ACFT JUMPED CHOCKS; PROPELLER STRUCK TUG. EXECUTED SUCCESSFUL EMER EVAC OF PASSENGERS. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE CAUSE OF THE LOSS OF MAIN HYDRAULIC SYS AND ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE AND QUANTITY WAS THE FAILURE OF A NOSE GEAR FLEXIBLE HYDRAULIC LINE. THE RPTR SAID WHEN THE ACFT ROLLED TO A STOP ON THE TXWY MAINT CHOCKED THE AIRPLANE AND THE ENGS WERE SHUTDOWN. THE RPTR STATED DURING THE ENG SHUTDOWN THE AIRPLANE JUMPED THE CHOCKS AND STRUCK THE TUG INCURRING DAMAGE TO THE R ENG; PROPELLER AND TUG. THE RPTR SAID IT WAS AT THIS TIME THE AIRPLANE WAS EVACUATED USING THE AIRSTAIRS. THE RPTR STATED THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO PASSENGERS; CREW OR GND PERSONNEL. THE RPTR SAID THE ENG AND PROPELLER WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRPLANE RETURNED TO SVC.
