Narrative
I WAS ALONE ON A TRIP LEG IN BONANZA XX FROM MOULTRIE; GA; TO KISSIMMEE; FL. I WAS BEING FOLLOWED NEAR OCALA BY JACKSONVILLE CTR AND WAS ASSIGNED A XPONDER CODE. CTR INQUIRED IF I WAS READY TO DESCEND FOR KISSIMMEE AND I REPLIED I WAS AND DESCENDED. QUITE CLOSE TO KISSIMMEE; CTR BROKE ME OFF AND I CALLED ORLANDO APCH ON 199.4. THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY AND; I BELIEVE; WERE WORKING ANOTHER PLANE WITH A CALL SIGN OF X; BUT I THOUGHT I HEARD CLRNC. NEAR THIS TIME I EXPERIENCED AN UNEXPECTED OVERLOAD ON MY ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND HAD TO FLIP THE BATTERY SWITCH TO CORRECT IT. THIS REQUIRED ME TO REPROGRAM MY GPS WHICH CONTAINS THE COM I WAS USING. I WAS UNABLE TO REACH ORLANDO APCH AGAIN AND CALLED KISSIMMEE TWR. I HAD VEERED W AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO CIRCLE S OF THE DISNEYWORLD TFR AND COME BACK TO THE APCH ON RWY 15; THE RWY IN USE; I WAS IN CONTACT WITH KISSIMMEE TWR AS I JOINED THE APCH. IF I VIOLATED THE TFR IT MUST HAVE BEEN AT THIS POINT. I WAS CLRED TO LAND BY KISSIMMEE TWR AND LANDED ON RWY 15. I WAS ADVISED THAT I HAD VIOLATED THE DISNEYWORLD TFR.
