Narrative

I HAVE RECEIVED INTERRUPTED CREW REST THE LAST 2 NIGHTS. AT THE HOTEL X; I WAS ASSIGNED AN OUTSIDE ROOM FACING THE ARPT. I WAS AWOKEN AT XA45 AND XF15 BY ACFT NOISE -- RECEIVING 4 1/2 HRS OF UNINTERRUPTED CREW REST. AT HOTEL Y; I WAS AWOKEN 2 HRS BEFORE THE END OF PLANNED CREW REST OF SOCIALIZING HOUSEKEEPING STAFF YELLING N FRONT OF MY ROOM. DURING APCH AT DFW; I WAS LATE TO SLOW TO A PUBLISHED SPD AND I OVERSHOT THE FINAL TO RWY 17C. NEITHER APCH NOR THE TWR MENTIONED THE DEVS. THEY WERE RELATIVELY MINOR; BUT BELOW THE STANDARDS OF A RESTED CREW MEMBER. I REQUEST COVERAGE FOR MY FLTS ON APR/TUE AND APR/WED FOR ANY UNOBSERVED ERRORS INCURRED WHILE FLYING UNDER THE POTENTIAL ILL EFFECTS OF FATIGUE INDUCED BY THE REDUCED CREW REST. AS THE EXPERTS HAVE ADVISED US; ONCE WE ARE FATIGUED; WE CANNOT ACCURATELY JUDGE THAT WE ARE INDEED FATIGUED. ACR X HAS ESSENTIALLY NO SPECIFIC CONTRACTUAL LANGUAGE AS TO WHAT IS OR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS A CREW REST HOTEL; SO WE HAVE VERY LITTLE RECOURSE WHEN PROVIDED INADEQUATE REST FACILITIES OTHER THAN ASK FOR COVERAGE UNDER THE RPTING SYS.
