NEAR GND COLLISION BTWN A C172 ON AN ABORTED TKOF AND A PA32 ON TKOF ROLL AT A NON TWR ARPT UNICOM AT LNA; FL.

Narrative

I WAS SECOND IN LINE FOR TKOF. A C152 WITH AN INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT WERE #1 AND PREPARING FOR TKOF. THEY ANNOUNCED THEY WERE TAKING OFF RWY 15. INITIALLY; I WATCHED THEM AS THEY STARTED TO ROLL DOWN THE RWY. I THEN STARTED TO READ THROUGH MY PRE-TKOF CHKLIST. WHEN COMPLETED; I ANNOUNCED ON UNICOM THAT I WAS PREPARING TO POS FOR TKOF ON RWY 15 AS I LOOKED DOWN THE RWY. AS I LOOKED DOWN THE RWY; I NOTICED AN ACFT TAXIING ALONG THE PARALLEL TXWY. I STARTED MY TKOF ROLL AND REACHED TKOF SPD WHEN ABOUT THE SAME TIME I NOTICED THE ACFT THAT I HAD THOUGHT WAS TAXIING ON THE PARALLEL TXWY WAS ACTUALLY THE SAME C152 THAT HAD TAKEN OFF BEFORE ME AND ABORTED THEIR TKOF. WHEN I NOTICED THE ACFT WAS ON THE SAME RWY; I MOVED TO THE L SIDE AND CONTINUED THE TKOF. I WAS SURE THAT IF I DISCONTINUED THE TKOF; I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO STOP ON THE REMAINING RWY. I BELIEVE THAT THE INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT HAD SOME TYPE OF FAILURE ON TKOF. THEY BECAME TOO DISTRACTED AND FAILED TO ANNOUNCE THEIR ABORTED TKOF AND ROLLED TO THE R SIDE OF THE RWY. AFTER MY TKOF; I RAN THROUGH THE ENTIRE EVENT TO SEE WHAT ELSE I COULD HAVE DONE. AS I WAS TAXIING AND BEFORE; I RECEIVED RADIO CHKS THAT WERE LOUD AND CLR. I EVEN HAD A RADIO CHK WITH THE C152 AND I RECEIVED A LOUD AND CLR. WHEN ACFT ARE TAXIING DOWN THE PARALLEL TXWY; IT CAN GIVE THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY ARE ON THE RWY AND VICE VERSA AS IN THIS CASE.
