FLT CREW OF E120 LNDG AT LAX HAD ALL 4 MAIN GEAR TIRES FAIL ON ROLLOUT.

Narrative

MY FO WAS AT THE CTLS ON THE APCH AND LNDG. AS THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN IT BEGAN TO SWERVE TO THE R. THE FO MADE APPROPRIATE CTL MOVEMENTS TO KEEP IT ON THE CTRLINE BUT THE ACFT CONTINUED TOWARD THE R. I THEN ANNOUNCED THAT I HAD CTL OF THE ACFT AND A POSITIVE CHANGE OF CTL WAS COMPLETED. I THEN USED AGGRESSIVE L RUDDER INPUT TO STRAIGHTEN THE ACFT AND POINT THE ACFT TOWARD THE NEXT HIGHSPD TURNOFF; HIGHSPD TXWY J. THE ACFT STARTED TO DECELERATE MORE QUICKLY THAN USUAL FOR NO BRAKE APPLICATION AND STARTED TO VIBRATE LIKE WE WERE ROLLING ON AN UNEVEN SURFACE EVEN THOUGH WE WERE ON A PAVED (CONCRETE GROOVED) HIGHSPD TXWY. I THEN SUSPECTED THAT WE HAD SOME BLOWN TIRES AND USED MORE THAN THE USUAL AMOUNT OF PWR TO TAXI CLR OF THE RWY. BECAUSE OF THE SLOW TAXI SPD; THE TWR SENT THE NEXT ACFT AROUND. UPON INSPECTION BY OUR MECHS; WE HAD BLOWN ALL 4 MAIN TIRES. THE MECHS SENT FOR THE EQUIP AND TIRES THEY NEEDED AND IN THE MEANTIME THE PAX WERE OFF LOADED ONTO A BUS AND TAKEN TO THE TERMINAL. THE MECHS INSPECTED THE TIRES -- ALL 4 WERE BLOWN BUT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE RIMS; BEARINGS; OR AXLES. NEW TIRES WERE INSTALLED AND THE ACFT WAS TAXIED BACK TO OUR GATE AREA FOR INSPECTION AND MAINT.
