A300 CREW MEMBER EXCEEDS CREW DUTY DAY REQUIREMENTS.

Narrative

DURING A SEQUENCE OF FLTS THAT WERE SCHEDULED NOT TO EXCEED 8 HRS OF BLOCK IN 24 HRS; 2 SEPARATE BLOCK OUT DEVS OCCURRED THAT CAUSED ME TO EXCEED 8 IN 24. FIRST LEG: GEG-MEM WITH 3+8 BLOCK HRS BLOCKED OUT 17 MINS LATE AT XD04Z; BUT WE BEAT SCHEDULED BLOCK BY 28 MINS. SECOND LEG: MEM-BDL WITH 2+39 BLOCK HRS FOLLOWED BY XA12 HR REST PERIOD. (NOT A QUALIFYING INTERVENING REST PERIOD.) LEG THREE: BDL-MEM SCHEDULED BLOCK TIME WAS XB01Z; HOWEVER ACTUAL BLOCK TIME WAS 22 MINS EARLY AT XA39Z. THE ACFT WAS LOADED UPON ARR AT THE RAMP. WE SHOWED APPROX 1 HR AND 10 MINS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED BLOCK TIME. THE CAPT HAD STARTED FRESH IN MEM; AND WAS NOT AWARE OF MY PREVIOUS TRIP FROM GEG TO MEM. OF COURSE THE RAMP PERSONNEL WERE SIMILARLY UNAWARE OF MY LIMITATION; DUE TO NOT GETTING A HEADS UP FROM THE COMPANY. ADDITIONALLY; THE CREW DID NOT GET A HEADS UP NOTIFICATION VIA ACARS NOT TO BLOCK OUT EARLY. BOTTOM LINE WAS; I SCREWED UP BY NOT KEEPING TRACK OF MY ACTUAL NUMBER OF HRS AND MINS OF BLOCK TIME PLUS THE ANTICIPATED UPCOMING LEGS HRS AND MINS ACCRUED PRIOR TO DROPPING OFF MINS FROM THE PREVIOUS 24 HRS. THE REASON THIS DROPPED FROM MY XCHK IS THAT I WAS STILL REQUIRED TO SHOW FOR DUTY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. IN MY MIND TAKING OFF EARLY AND RESTING SOONER IS LESS FATIGUING THAN SITTING AROUND WAITING FOR BLOCK MINS FROM 24 HRS AGO TO START DROPPING OFF AFTER I'M ALREADY ON DUTY. RESULT; I ARRIVED IN MEM AFTER A 3+42 DUTY PERIOD WITH (3+8)+(2+39)+(2+34)-9 MIN EQUALS 8+12 BLOCK TIME IN THE PREVIOUS 24 HRS.
