A DISPATCHER RPTS ABOUT A BE1900 THAT HAD THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSE WHILE TAXIING AFTER A LNDG.
Narrative
AT THE TIME OF ETA (XA00); I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ZZZ OPS. THE AGENT TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A PROB; THAT THEY RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE CAPT AND HE TOLD THEM THAT THERE WAS A PROB WITH THE LNDG GEAR. THE AGENT ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE WAITING TO BOARD PAX. I ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD BOARDED THE PAX; THEN UNBOARDED AND WERE WAITING TO FIX THE PROB? THEY TOLD ME NO. THEY SAID NO ONE HAD BOARDED YET. I THEN TOLD MY SUPVR OF THE SIT AND WE WENT BACK TO WORK. APPROX 10 MINS LATER (XA10); WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM OUR REGIONAL MGR; ASKING US IF ANYONE ON THAT FLT WAS HURT. HE THEN TOLD US THAT HE HEARD THAT THE NOSE GEAR HAD COLLAPSED. I IMMEDIATELY GOT ON THE PHONE AND TRIED TO CONTACT OPS TO TRY AND GET MORE DETAILS ON THE MATTER. I MADE CONTINUOUS PHONE CALLS AND EVEN SENT A FAX WITH LARGE LETTERS DEMANDING THAT OPS CALL ME IMMEDIATELY; BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THROUGH. AT ABOUT XA20; I RECEIVED A CALL FROM OPS AGAIN. THEY TOLD ME THAT AS THE ACFT STARTED TO TAXI; THE NOSE GEAR GAVE OUT. I THEN SPOKE TO THE FO. I ASKED HIM ABOUT WHAT TIME DID THE ACFT VEER OFF OF THE RWY? HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NEITHER DURING LNDG NOR TAXI. HE WAS VERY SHAKEN UP. DIRECTLY AFTER HANGING UP WITH THE FO; CREW TRACKING XFERRED OVER THE CAPT. HE TOLD ME THAT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT WAS NOT AT TOUCHDOWN BUT AFTER HE HAD LANDED WHERE HE WAS HIT WITH A STRONG XWIND. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE CREW; I JOINED IN WITH THE REST OF THE FLOOR IN HELPING OUT AS MUCH AS I COULD.
