Narrative

WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI FROM THE FBO TO RWY 23. WE CROSSED RWY 19 UNEVENTFULLY AND CAME TO RWY 23. BELIEVING WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS THE RWY; WE CONTINUED TO TAXI ONTO THE OTHER SIDE OF RWY 23. GND CALLED US AND TOLD US WE SHOULD HAVE HELD SHORT OF RWY 23. I EXPLAINED I THOUGHT WE WERE CLRED TO THE END. HE STATED WE SHOULD HAVE HELD SHORT AND SAID TO CHK THE AIRMAN'S INFO MANUAL. THERE WERE NO ACFT EITHER ON APCH OR TKOF SO THERE WAS NO NEAR MISS WITH TFC. I THOUGHT A CLRNC TO TAXI TO A RWY INCLUDED XING ALL RWYS TO THE END. I WILL READ THE AIM AND CLARIFY THAT IN MY MIND. I BELIEVE THE CLRNC SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO TAXI TO BUT HOLD SHORT OF RWY 23. KEEPING THIS IN MIND IN THE FUTURE; I WILL NOT CROSS ANOTHER RWY UNTIL I AM SURE WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS INCLUDE: I HAVE BEEN TO THIS ARPT MANY TIMES AND BELIEVE MAYBE I BECAME COMPLACENT. PF AND I DISCUSSED AT GREAT LENGTH AND BOTH OF US WERE SURE WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS ALL RWYS. PF ASKED AS WE APCHED RWY 23 IF WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS AND WE BOTH AGREED WE WERE CLRED TO THE END OF RWY 23. WE WILL BE MORE CAREFUL IN THE FUTURE TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
