Narrative
ON APR/FRI/04; WHEN I ARRIVED ON THE ACFT THAT MORNING AND STARTED DOING MY PREFLT; I SAW THAT THE #1 REVERSER HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT ACCORDING TO THE LOGBOOK. THE REASON IT WAS LOCKED OUT WAS BECAUSE THE L 'HP' VALVE HAD FAULTED ON THE PREVIOUS FLT THE NIGHT BEFORE. ACCORDING TO THE MEL; THIS WAS THE PROC THE MECHS HAD TO FOLLOW TO BE ABLE TO PUT THE 'HP' VALVE ON MEL. WHEN I DID MY PREFLT WALKAROUND; I DID VERIFY THAT THE #1 THRUST REVERSER WAS LOCKED OUT AND IT WAS. ON THE FLT TO ZZZ; EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY EXCEPT ON LNDG. WHEN THE CAPT LANDED THE AIRPLANE AND WENT TO REVERSE; THE #2 THRUST REVERSER DID NOT DEPLOY. WHEN WE GOT TO THE GATE THE CAPT WROTE IT UP AND I NOTIFIED MAINT IN ZZZ. AFTER THE MECH LOOKED AT IT; HE TOLD US THAT THE REASON THE #2 THRUST REVERSER DID NOT DEPLOY WAS BECAUSE THE MECH THAT WORKED ON THE AIRPLANE THE NIGHT BEFORE DID NOT FINISH HIS CHKLIST AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE WORK. THE MECH TOLD US THAT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE REVERSER THAT WAS PULLED OUT AND COLLARD SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUSHED BACK IN AFTER THE WORK ON #1 THRUST REVERSER WAS COMPLETED.
