ATIS STATED WINDS 210 DEGS AT 7 KTS GUSTING TO 20 KTS. ON LNDG; WE EXPERIENCED -10 KTS TO +20 KTS; 700 FT AGL TO TOUCHDOWN. WE RPTED TO TWR. HE DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE THE RPT; JUST STATED WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS RWY 25R AND CONTACT RAMP TWR. AS WE TAXIED; ANOTHER ACR ALSO MADE THE +20 KT RPT; AND TWR AGAIN DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE RPT; JUST TO TAXI BEHIND US. I FEEL THAT ALTHOUGH THAT ACFT HAD HEARD OUR RPT; THE TWR SHOULD HAVE EITHER ASKED IF HE HEARD IT; OR ADVISED HIM OF IT. ON DEP; (XA30 LCL); WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 19L; AND WE ASKED IF THERE HAD BEEN ANY WINDSHEAR RPTS. THE TWR'S RESPONSE WAS 'AFFIRMATIVE; CLRED FOR TKOF.' THAT SEEMS UNACCEPTABLE. IMPARTING SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE SHOULD BE REQUIRED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR TRANSITS LAS MULTIPLE TIMES WEEKLY. RPTR STATED THAT THIS HAS BEEN A ONE TIME EVENT FOR HIM. RPTR HOPES THAT THE CTLR HAS SINCE FOUND OUT THE IMPORTANCE OF COMMUNICATING THESE EVENTS AND IS NOW MORE 'IN TUNE' WITH WINDSHEAR IMPORTANCE.
